The Witcher 3 is back in the news because fresh reports continue to point to a new story DLC arriving in 2026, with the latest round of speculation shifting its expected launch window closer to Q3 rather than earlier in the year. Nothing has been officially announced by CD Projekt Red yet, so for now the story is less about a confirmed expansion and more about growing signs that Geralt's RPG may not be finished just yet.
