There are no GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards on shelves to begin with, but now there are 40 boxes less of them that will be sent out to retailers worldwide to sell to gamers.

Thieves have stolen $340,000 worth of new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards, with 40 boxes stolen from an MSI factory in China. This is on top of the recent MSI factory fire, and the sudden death of their CEO earlier this year -- with around 220 graphics cards inside of those 40 boxes.

It seems as though an MSI insider is most likely behind the theft, with MSI offering a $15,000 reward for someone who steps forward with information on the theft.

AMD has successfully launched its new Radeon RX 6800 XT and Radeon RX 6800 -- but now it's time for the Biggest Navi graphics card: the Radeon RX 6900 XT.

The new Radeon RX 6900 XT launches on December 8 for $999 in reference form, but the confirmation on custom AIB models of the RX 6900 XT wasn't confirmed. It was rumored, but now it is getting more confirmed closer to the RX 6900 XT launch Overclockers.ru reporting custom RX 6900 XTs have been given the A-OK by AMD.

It appears AMD has so very few Navi 21 GPUs to put into Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards, that it doesn't want to announce custom RX 6900 XT cards right now. It looks like we'll be waiting until 2021 for custom Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards -- and I'm sure AMD doesn't want to promise more RX 6900 XTs when I'm sure there's going to be so very little of them as it is.

NVIDIA has released its new GeForce 457.51 WHQL drivers, which provide support for the newly-released GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. You can get them here.

The new drivers also fix some issues with Ampere-based graphics cards, where bluescreens were happening when you'd wake your system up from sleep. On top of that, Freestyle and Ansel fixes have been applied with the new drivers for Star Wars: Squadrons.

AMD is set to unleash its flagship Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card on December 8 for $999, a card that is now being teased to have the highest GPU clock of all of the Big Navi graphics cards @ up to 3GHz.

Patrick Schur teases on Twitter that the Radeon RX 6900 XT has a GPU clock of up to 3GHz -- annihilating the ~2.4GHz on the Radeon RX 6800 XT reference card and ~2.65-2.75GHz on custom AIB models of the Radeon RX 6800 XT.

AMD has a hard 2.8GHz GPU boost lock on the Radeon RX 6800 XT, but it seems the company wants to let Big Navi be more like Biggest and Baddest Navi with the Radeon RX 6900 XT seeing GPU clocks scale up to 3GHz which is incredibly exciting.

AMD has found itself in an incredibly sh*tty situation: it finally has a graphics card that can out-class NVIDIA, after what feels like forever with Team Green dominating... but it doesn't matter, no one can buy them.

And if you do, you're spending more money -- especially for the custom AIB cards with Radeon RX 6800 XT and Radeon RX 6800 cards selling for anywhere between $80 and up to $250 over their launch MSRP. For example, the ASUS RX 6800 XT ROG STRIX LC is $250 over its MSRP at $900.

Not only is there price shenanigans going on, but there's just no stock worldwide -- way less stock of Radeon RX 6800 series graphics cards than NVIDIA had with the Ampere GeForce RTX 30 series cards. It seems the custom AIB cards are in the same situation.

The company is using a beefy 26-phase (14 + 8 + 4) VRM solution that chews power down from its 3 x 8-pin PCIe power connectors, while COLORFUL has factory overclocked GPU speeds of up to 1755MHz boost (1695MHz reference) and stock 19.5Gbps GDDR6X memory.

The CLC itself keeps the GA102 GPU, GDDR6X memory chips, and VRM cool -- with a 240mm x 120mm radiator that COLORFUL dons with ARGB LED illuminated fans on the card and AIO radiator.

Yeah it's going to be months before you can buy a new GeForce RT X30 series cards -- and that's directly from NVIDIA. But now, we're hearing why there's so little cards -- $175,000,000 worth of them were reportedly sold to crypto miners.

In a new report from Barrons, it appears that NVIDIA made around $175 million selling Ampere GPUs to crypto miners. Ethereum changes are coming, so miners will not be able to use older GPUs so many of them are upgrading right now -- and picking up whatever Ampere GPUs they can in the process.

"For the quarter in review, NVIDIA sold at least $175 million worth of new generation GPUs to ethereum miners, helping the outperformance. The analyst had guided sales to miners to come in at $150 million for the quarter".

AMD launched its new Big Navi graphics cards a couple of weeks ago, with our review on the Radoen RX 6800 XT here and our review on the Radeon RX 6800 here -- what about custom cards?

Well, I've got 3 different AIBs with a custom Radeon RX 6800 XT on their way to me -- with 1 of those turning up tomorrow, hopefully. I'm not the only reviewer without a card it seems, as it is more common than I thought with a trickle of cards making it into the hands of reviewers.

But it's not only the lack of cards for reviewers, it's the fact that they are not available to buy anywhere right now -- and there's an even bigger reason for that: some reviewers aren't even being provided with final pricing for the custom Radeon RX 6800 XT. It's hard to write your final thoughts and recommendations without pricing.

NVIDIA and its AIB partners are preparing for the impending release of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, with the new custom ASUS RTX 3060 Ti TUF Gaming smiling for the camera. Check it out:

ASUS appears to be going with a triple-fan cooler on the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti TUF Gaming, with a single 8-pin PCIe power connector required. You still have a chunky 2.5-slot card, so I would've liked to have seen a thinner dual-slot card with a single 8-pin connector, that would've been nice.

We should expect some higher clocks than NVIDIA's own GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition card, but expect the ROG STRIX variant to have even higher clocks. As for pricing, we should expect a little over $400 when it launches next month.

Anyone that knows me will know that I'm a huge geek for graphics cards, with my love for them starting with the 3dfx Voodoo graphics cards and the GeForce 256 and ATi Radeon 9700 PRO.

Well, I found Al Valentyn on Twitter sharing his photos of his personal 3dfx collection... and oh boy have his posts been amazing. In some tweets I said I'd love to see his 3dfx collection, so he posted up some photos for me to look at so I thought I'd share them for you to see.

The collection Al has is incredible, and I'm very jealous of this -- it makes me want to start my own collection but I think he already has it nearly covered. Just wow.

We can expect a gigantic amount of custom Big Navi graphics cards released in the last 5 weeks before 2020 wraps up, and I'm sure many more in 2021.

One of them is the XFX Radeon RX 6800 XT Speedster Merc 319 graphics card, which Tech of Tomorrow recently unboxed. The new XFX Radeon RX 6800 XT Speedster Merc 319 has a funky name, while rocking a triple-fan cooler and 2.5-slot design.

The PCB is not too long, while the huge cooler dwarfs it and runs over the PCB considerably. On the back is a very noticeable 'MERC' branding which I don't know if I'm a fan of yet -- it really overtakes the entire XFX branding which I think I would prefer blown up that big on the back of the card with maybe some RGB lighting behind it.

It was only a few days ago that overclocker 'Lucky_n00b' used his Radeon RX 6800 XT to break HWBOT's 3DMark FireStrike record -- and now that record has been crushed by Chinese overclocker Takakou from TecLab.

AMD's own reference Radeon RX 6800 XT graphics card was used to break the 3DMark FireStrike record that Lucky_n00b just set, but instead of just LN2 cooling the Ryzen 9 5950X processor like Lucky_n00b did, Takakou LN2 cooled both the Radeon RX 6800 XT and Ryzen 9 5950X.

Takakou pushed his system to achieve 61,831 graphics score and 48,890 overall in 3DMark FireStrike, enough to nudge out Lucky_n00b and his 59,606 graphics score and 47,932 total. The key difference here is that the LN2 cooled Radeon RX 6800 XT was able to hit 2.8GHz while the air-cooled card hit 2.65GHz.

We have here a custom Radeon RX 6800 XT with hybrid cooling through an all-in-one (AIO) solution on a 240mm radiator. Normally we see thinner cards when they're liquid cooled, but ASUS has opted with a dual-slot design with what should be a larger, thicker blower-style cooler.

VideoCardz released the photos, adding that some of the renders "feature all the cabling necessary to provide power and RGB signal to the fans, and to put it midly, it does not look that great". VC notes that along with the dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors there will be 6 cables and 2 tubes.

Now that AMD has launched its Big Navi-based Radeon RX 6800 XT -- our review here, and the slightly cheaper and slightly slower Radeon RX 6800 -- our review here, it's time for some Radeon RX 6700 series leaks.

We have a new tease from Patrick Schur, who tweeted some details on the Navi 22 GPU power targets -- which should see the new Radeon RX 6700 series arriving as an amazing value for money set of cards. We're looking at around 40 Compute Units, and the Navi 22 XT GPU powering the higher-end Radeon RX 6700 XT.

AMD will keep the core count on the new Radeon RX 6700 XT the same as the Radeon RX 5700 XT, but it will greatly benefit from power efficiency, higher clock speeds, and brute performance -- as well as a purported 12GB of RAM -- up from 8GB on the RX 5700 XT.

CD PROJEKT RED has just unveiled Night City like you've never seen it before -- with RTX ON, with some never-before-seen footage thanks to a new Cyberpunk 2077 developer interview. Check it out:

But alongside with the new footage, developer CD PROJEKT RED has updated their PC system requirements to recommend NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3070 for 1440p with ray tracing (RTX) on. CDPR recommends an Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 70GB SSD storage.

If you want Cyberpunk 2077 completely maxed out at 4K with RT on ultra, you're going to need a higher-end GeForce RTX 3080 (or RTX 3090) but CDPR doesn't shift their CPU requirements higher than the mid-range Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600.

EVGA has just unveiled its new GeForce RTX 3090 KINGPIN Hybrid graphics card, featuring a 360mm radiator and OLED monitoring display -- it'll cost you a wallet-igniting $2000. Check it out:

This isn't a graphics card for everyone, but those who lust after the best can expect one of the best cards that has the blessing of legendary overclocker KINGPIN. We're looking at a huge 23-phase power stage design, 12-layer LCB, and 3 x BIOS settings (normal, OC, and LN2). If you want to use the card with LN2 cooling, you will obviously have to remove the cooler.

EVGA's new GeForce RTX 3090 KINGPIN Hybrid graphics card is a new card that will be available in extreme limited quantities, exclusive to EVGA Elite members.

We are seeing more and more custom Big Navi graphics cards floating out, even though they're impossible to buy right now -- lots of AIBs are revealing custom Radeon RX 6800 XT and Radeon RX 6800 graphics cards.

The latest is from Dataland, with their new custom X-Seriesl graphics cards in both Radeon RX 6800 XT and Radeon RX 6800 flavors. Dataland is using a triple-fan cooler with an expected dual 8-pin PCIe power configuration.

The new Dataland Radeon RX 6800 XT X-Serial rocks ARGB lighting, while the Radeon RX 6800 X-Serial has just single-color lighting. Both cards have the same triple-fan cooler and dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors.

Well, Christmas is ruined -- NVIDIA has just admitted that it will be many months before we see more GeForce RTX 30 series stock across the world.

The news that creates tears worldwide came during a recent earnings call with investors, where NVIDIA Chief Financial Officer Colette Kress said: "Given industry-wide capacity constraints and long cycle times, it may take a few more months for product availability to catch up with demand".

I wrote an exclusive story back in very early September 2020 that "no stock will be available till the end of the year". I added that the first wave of GeForce RTX 30 stock would be "small, very, very small -- possibly the smallest launch in many years".

MSI has just unveiled a duo of new Big Navi graphics cards, with the Radeon RX 6800 XT GAMING X TRIO and Radeon RX 6800 GAMING X TRIO announced. We have the flagship Radeon RX 6800 XT GAMING X TRIO below:

We are looking at a chunky 2.5-slot design, triple-fan TRI-FROZR 2 cooler, and dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors. For all intents and purposes this is identical to the reference Radeon RX 6800 XT but MSI is overclocking the Navi 21 GPU by a further 35MHz for a GPU boost of up to 2285MHz.

There's also the Radeon RX 6800 GAMING X that is nearly identical to the higher-end RX 6800 XT GAMING X TRIO brother, but has its GPU boost clock higher than AMD's own reference Radeon RX 6800 by 50MHz -- a nice bump before you can try some manual OC.
