NVIDIA is less than 3 weeks away from the unleashing of its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, with MSI's new flagship GeForce RTX 3080 Ti SUPRIM X spotted a little early. Check it out:

We have already seen MSI's custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Ventus 3X OC listed online, but this is the flagship big daddy SUPRIM X version of the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti. VideoCardz had the image sent to them by a source, who said that the photo is from a distribution center.

MSI's flagship SUPRIM X range are the company's new flagship line above the GAMING X TRIO family of custom cards, with super-premium styling and a polished finish from MSI that is a step above the rest. The new MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti SUPRIM X should be one of the best custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards that you will (hopefully) be able to buy.

COLORFUL has not just announced an interestingly named, but an interestingly designed new custom GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card. Introducing the new COLORFUL iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Bilibili E-Sports OC graphics card:

The new COLORFUL iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Bilibili E-Sports OC graphics card uses a dual-fan approach, similar to NVIDIA's own GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 Founders Edition graphics cards -- with COLORFUL using one fan on the front, and one fan on the back -- all in-between custom styling.

You will have to enter a lottery to be provided with the chance of winning the card, with COLORFUL using a short PCB and dual-fan design that requires a single 8-pin PCIe power connector that is placed in the middle of the card like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series Founders Edition graphics cards.

ZOTAC has just revealed its latest flagship GeForce RTX 3090 ArcticStorm graphics card, with a custom full-cover factory waterblock on the fastest GPU you can buy.

You have a full coverage waterblock that keeps the Ampere GPU and 24GB of ultra-fast GDDR6X memory and VRMs as cool as possible. ZOTAC promises "supercharged heat transfer" through its optimized copper base and waterblock combined with liquid, "supercharge" the heat transfer.

The new ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3090 ArcticStorm graphics card uses a slim profile waterblock that is just 25.9mm thick, with the largest part of the card being the dual-slot I/O shield.

PowerColor has been going from custom Radeon GPU release to custom Radeon GPU release, but now we have something really new from the company: a full white PCB for a new HELLHOUND-branded graphics card.

The new all-white GPU was teased on PowerColor Japan's official Twitter with the company simply teasing: "This is... HELLHOUND's new camouflage! The color is... pure white!" The tweet was teased alongside a single picture of the PCB itself which sports a beautiful all-white design.

PowerColor Japan showed off what looks to be an identical board to the already-announced Radeon RX 6700 XT HELLHOUND graphics card which has a dark PCB, while the new Radeon RX 6700 XT HELLHOUND Spectral White PCB has a white PCB and room for 6GB or 12GB of GDDR6 memory.

AMD has confirmed that it is "on track" on launching its new mobile RDNA 2 architecture, with the new laptop GPUs dropping before the end of Q2 2021.

In AMD's recent Q1 2021 earnings call AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su explained that the company was on track to launching its next-gen laptop GPUs -- we are to expect RDNA 2 laptop GPUs that start from the Radeon RX 6300M which should feature 4GB of GDDR6 through to the flagship Radeon RX 6800M which will feature 12GB of GDDR6 memory.

Lisa Su explained during the Q1 2021 earnings call: "In graphics, revenue increased by a strong double-digit percentage year-over-year and sequentially, led by channel sales growth as revenue from our high-end Radeon 6000 GPUs more than doubled from the prior quarter."

We had already heard rumors that NVIDIA was preparing to launch an entire new line of Ampere GPUs with crypto mining limitations -- and now more fuel is being thrown onto that fire.

According to sources of VideoCardz, NVIDIA is expecting their new GAxx2 GPUs to begin shipping in May -- perfect for the first shipments to hit in June. The new crypto mining limiter will be at play inside of the new NVIDIA GPUs, alongside Resizable BAR support without needing to update your vBIOS.

At first you're not going to be able to tell the difference between the older (current) GPUs without crypto mining limiters, and the new (upcoming) GPUs with crypto mining limiters. It shouldn't be too far into the future that software monitoring tools will be updated, and will be able to detect which GPU is inside of your GeForce RTX graphics card and whether it is the new crypto mining limited one, or not.

AMD has some rather impressive power consumption improvements in its new Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.4.1 drivers, with the Radeon RX 6800, Radeon RX 6800 XT and Radeon RX 6900 XT all seeing great reductions with idle and media playback power consumption.

The new Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.4.1 drivers include a bunch of new tricks, including a new version of AMD Link software that can be installed onto your PC and lets you stream up to 4K 144Hz content from your RDNA 2-powered Radeon RX 6000 series GPU to an ultra-low-power notebook, tablet, or smartphone.

But then TechPowerUp noticed some impressive power consumption improvements on the higher-end RDNA 2-based Radeon RX 6000 series graphic cards -- where with idle power and media playback the power consumption has been improved greatly over the March 21.3.2 drivers. We're looking at ~50W of power consumption with media playback on the Radeon RX 6800, Radeon RX 6800 XT and just over 50W power usage on the Radeon RX 6900 XT -- reduced to around ~35W.

We thought NVIDIA would be revealing its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card on May 25, but it could happen a week earlier on May 18 according to the very latest rumors.

According to sources of ITHome we are to expect NVIDIA to announce the new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card on May 18, the review embargo drops on May 25, and then the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will be officially released on May 26 -- which is all within the next month.

I know that my sources have said "sometime in May" but now we're hearing a solid May 18 reveal from ITHome while the card will be "available" in stores on May 26. NVIDIA's tweaked GA102-225 GPU that will pack 10240 CUDA cores, while NVIDIA will use 12GB of GDDR6X memory -- versus the RTX 3080 and its 10GB GDDR6X and the flagship RTX 3090 with 24GB of GDDR6X memory.

SAPPHIRE's new TOXIC Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition was revealed just days ago, and while you'll only get a few more MHz out of the GPU -- that's going to cost you an arm, a leg, a liver and everything in between.

The new SAPPHIRE TOXIC Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition graphics card has been listed in Europe, with pricing on the Navi 21 XTXH-based graphics card between 2599 EUR and 4160 EUR which works out to be around $3100 to $5000 which is just... there are no words.

Compared to the non-Extreme but Limited Edition version of the card with my sample seeing out-of-the-box GPU boost clock of 2450MHz, TOXIC Boost OC of up to 2625MHz and manual OC of around 2700MHz -- the new SAPPHIRE TOXIC Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition graphics card takes things right up to 2730MHz out of the box.

We know it's coming -- and it's been seen online, and even benchmarked with cryptocurrency mining -- with NVIDIA's new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti primed and ready to go for a rumored May 25 launch.

That is a month from now, with the news of NVIDIA's rumored launch of the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti coming from HKEPC. NVIDIA looks to be sending out the GA102-225 GPUs required for the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti to AIB partners, as we've seen MSI's new custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Ventus 3X OC a few times now this week alone.

We will know more about the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti in the coming weeks, and it seems reviews are only a month away.

It was barely a week ago that we reported that MSI's new custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Ventus 3X OC graphics card was now shipping... and now it has been spotted online by a Polish retailer.

MSI's new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Ventus 3X OC was found on the X-Kom website, confirming that the company is expecting a shipment of GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Ventus 3X OC graphics cards from MSI. We don't know the exact specs of the card right now as they weren't listed on X-Kom's website, but we do have an expected release date: May 26.

We should expect NVIDIA's tweaked GA102-225 GPU that will pack 10240 CUDA cores, while NVIDIA will use 12GB of GDDR6X memory -- versus the RTX 3080 and its 10GB GDDR6X and the flagship RTX 3090 with 24GB of GDDR6X memory. As for price, we should expect it to cost around $1000 if not more, but we'll know more about that in the coming weeks as we lead up into, and over the launch.

I reviewed SAPPHIRE's flagship Radeon RX 6900 XT TOXIC Limited Edition graphics card not too long ago, but now the company is using a higher-binned Navi 21 XTXH GPU with the new Radeon RX 6900 XT TOXIC EXTREME Edition graphics card.

SAPPHIRE's new custom TOXIC Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition graphics card uses the Navi 21 XTXH GPU, and with the one-click TOXIC BOOST overclocking mode in SAPPHIRE's in-house TriXX software will crank the GPU up to 2730MHz boost.

If we compare this to the TOXIC Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition version, with my sample seeing out-of-the-box GPU boost clock of 2450MHz, TOXIC Boost OC of up to 2625MHz and manual OC of around 2700MHz -- the new SAPPHIRE TOXIC Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition graphics card takes things right up to 2730MHz out of the box.

It looks like AMD was working on a reference design Radeon RX 6900 XTX graphics card -- yes, there's an extra X at the end there that is what we're seeing released now with even-more-top-tier higher-binned Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards using the Navi 21 XTX GPU.

The images were discovered on Weibo with sources quoting Chiphell, which said the pictures were from an evaluation board for an unreleased reference Radeon graphics card. AMD was most likely working on a reference design Radeon RX 6900 XTX graphics card with water cooling, something that we're seeing with some of the new Navi 21 XTX-based custom Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards revealed over the last few days.

But if we're seeing a card in this state I don't think it's out of the realms of possibility to see AMD release a super-enthusiast Radeon RX 6900 XTX graphics card that is water cooled. I mean it looks super mean, and it would offer a few more FPS over the air-cooled Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card.

We have our first picture of the GA102-225 GPU that powers NVIDIA's unannounced, but totally indefinitely postponed GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card. Check it out:

The source behind the picture of the GA102-225 GPU sent it over to our friends at VideoCardz, with the GPU itself ready to power the already-shipping GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card. NVIDIA is expected to have the GA102-225 GPU with 10240 CUDA cores, and coupled with 12GB of super-fast GDDR6X memory (10GB on the RTX 3080, 24GB on the RTX 3090).

But then things dive right into crypto mining of course, with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti reportedly capable of some pretty insane ETH mining numbers with 119MH/s of ETH mining power. This seems about right as the GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition and MSI GeForce RTX 3090 SUPRIM X graphics cards sit at around 95-115MH/s depending on GDDR6X memory temperatures.

PowerColor's super-enthusiast Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Devil Ultimate graphics card has been pushed to its silicon edge by German overclocker Roman "der8auer" Hartung.

The custom PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Devil Ultimate graphics card and its pre-binned Navi 21 XTXH GPU was pushed all the way through to an insane 3.2GHz GPU clock with the help of LN2 cooling. AMD has an artificial limit of 3GHz on its Radeon RX 6000 series but the newer Navi 21 XTXH versions of the GPU have that limit pushed up to 4GHz.

The pre-installed waterblock was used at first with der8auer hitting 2820MHz on the GPU, with temps at around 86C -- but then the LN2 container was attached and the temps instantly dropped to a super-super-chilly -87C. There were some graphical artifacts at first, but once the tweaking was finished the PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Devil Ultimate graphics card had its GPU pushed to 3225MHz (3.2GHz).

Microsoft just made it easier for developers to get DX12 features and technologies into their games, for gamers to enjoy, much easier than ever before with the introduction of DirectX 12 Agility.

DirectX 12 Agility will allow new DX12 features to skip around Windows Update, and right to gamers -- normally there would be a required Windows Update that PC gamers would need to get new DirectX features. Microsoft points out that Variable Rate Shading (VRS) was a recent feature that couldn't be deployed quickly because of the way updates are pushed to PC gamers through Windows 10.

But now, DirectX 12 updates have been disconnected from Windows Updates with the new DirectX 12 Agility toolkit for developers. Game developers can control which features they use at an SDK level and then push them out to many more PC gamers at once, versus a select few that might have the very latest version of Windows installed -- as that very latest version would be required to use those new DX12 features.

There's low hydraulic flow restriction which means you can use weaker water pumps or use low-speed settings and still keep your RDNA 2-powered GPU nice and cool. EK is using a block that was CNC-machined out of nickel-plated electrolytic copper, with a CNC-machined glass-like cast, or durable black POM acetal.

It was only a few weeks ago that I was writing about GIGABYTE reportedly having no less than 12 custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards with 12GB of GDDR6X -- and now MSI not only has its own custom RTX 3080 Ti cards, but they're already on their way to the USA.

An entire shipment of MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti VENTUS 3X OC graphics cards are headed to LA right now, alongside other custom GeForce graphics cards from MSI including custom GeForce RTX 3090, GeForce RTX 3080, the even lower-end GeForce GTX 710, and the Radeon RX 580.

If there's one thing we can take away from this it's that we kinda now know that NVIDIA will have 12GB of GDDR6X memory on its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card -- sandwiched in-between the 10GB of GDDR6X placed on the GeForce RTX 3080 and the monstrous 24GB of GDDR6X on the flagship GeForce RTX 3090.

ASRock has just released its new custom Radeon RX 6900 XT OC Formula graphics card, an impressive new custom Big Navi powered GPU. Check it out:

AMD has given ASRock its full-fat Big Navi 21 XTXH GPU for the new Radeon RX 6900 XT OC Formula graphics card, which ASRock has a 2295MHz Game and 2475MHz Boost GPU clock out of the box -- and I'm sure some room to move in regards to overclocking.

There's of course 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit memory bus and 128MB of Infinity Cache, while the triple-fan OC Formula 3X cooling system will keep the entire card cool. ASRock provides the usual 3 x DisplayPort 1.4 and 1 x HDMI 2.1 for display connectivity on the Radeon RX 6900 XT OC Formula graphics card.

MSI announced its water-cooled GeForce RTX 3080 Sea Hawk X earlier this year, but in the middle of the biggest GPU shortage of all time -- the company has now launched the GeForce RTX 3080 Sea Hawk X.

The new MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Sea Hawk X graphics card is a new custom AIO-cooled GeForce RTX 3080 with a 240nm radiator and 2 x 120mm MSI Torx 4.0 fans. MSI is using a new "low profile" liquid pump that it co-designed with water cooling company Asetek.

MSI attaches the pump to a huge micro-fin copper base that spans across both the Ampere GPU and 10GB of GDDR6X memory, with the GPU boost at 1785MHz I'm sure there will be room for overclocking. MSI is using a fully custom PCB on the GeForce RTX 3080 Sea Hawk X while the card will require dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors.
