Tune into AMD's Computex 2021 keynote here, expect a lot of news
Normally I'd be sitting in one of those uncomfortable chairs in the middle of Taipei, Taiwan for the annual Computex -- one of the best, most fun times for being a nerd (and work) but this year... all virtual. AMD won't be in Taiwan either, no one will, and will host their virtual Computex 2021 keynote later tonight US time.
You can stream it live in the YouTube link above, with AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su to take the virtual stage and announce new products in both CPU and GPU divisions, and more. AMD themed the keynote itself "AMD Accelerating - The High-Performance Computing Ecosystem".
AMD will most likely talk about it's next-gen mobile RDNA 2 graphics cards, its next-gen RDNA 3 architecture, the new Radeon PRO graphics cards, and more. We could expect a new next-gen Ryzen Threadripper codenamed Chagall, powered by the new Zen 3 architecture.

Here's how you can watch NVIDIA's Computex 2021 keynote + GPU reveals
NVIDIA will kick off its virtual Computex 2021 keynote in a few hours, where we should be greeted with new Ampere GPUs in the form of the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards. You can stream the NVIDIA Computex 2021 keynote right here:
NVIDIA Senior VP Jeff Fisher will be joined by NVIDIA Head of Enterprise Computing, Manuvir Das, with multiple announcements in their respective segments. We know that NVIDIA will be unveiling two new desktop GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs, but we should expect some new RTX + DLSS announcements (DOOM Eternal), new GeForce RTX 30 series gaming laptops, and more.
Could there be a surprise new GPU? Possibly. But what would it be? A new TITAN RTX possibly? I guess we'll be finding out later tonight. What we do know is that we should see DOOM Eternal's much anticipated RTX ray tracing update, which will add ray tracing support into the game.

Intel Xe-HPG DG2 PCB teased: 16GB VRAM, GeForce RTX 3080 performance
We're in the middle of the greatest graphics card shortage of all time, and here we are teasing Intel's upcoming Xe-HPG gaming-focused card based on the Intel DG2 family of GPUs.
Intel's upcoming Xe-HPG PCB has been leaked, teasing what happens underneath of the board in its evaluation and testing phase. This is an engineering sample and will look nothing like the final retail cards will look like, and I'm sure they won't even look anywhere near as good as those concept images from when Chris Hook was running things.
Tom from Moore's Law is Dead teased the PCB, showing that it's quite a long card in its engineering sample form. There's plenty of details here, with this being the 512 Execution Units (EUs) version of Intel Xe-HPG, which will be joined by 384 EU and 128 EU versions of the card.

AMD patents 'Gaming Super Resolution' as its NVIDIA DLSS competitor
NVIDIA utterly dominates with its DLSS technology, but AMD is coming out with its own DLSS competitor soon in the form of the recently-teased FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology.
But now we have some more information, as a new patent has surfaced that teases "Gaming Super Resolution" or GSR. We might still see FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) in the future as a different technology to GSR, but I guess we'll see AMD clear that up over the coming months.
The patent itself has AMD's upcoming Gaming Super Resolution technology using interference to upscale images, as AMD explains the only available approach uses linear upscaling functions which will could see blurry and/or corrupt images because it doesn't use nonlinear information.

ZOTAC's new GeForce RTX 3060 Lite Hash Rate cards released
NVIDIA has now made its new GeForce RTX 30 series Lite Hash Rate (LHR) graphics cards official, with gimped ETH mining -- and now ZOTAC has made its new GeForce RTX 3060 LHR series graphics cards official, too.
In a post on Weibo, ZOTAC confirmed its new GeForce RTX 3060 LHR series graphics cards with the company adding the letter "G" or "GE" to is GeForce RTX 3060 range of cards. ZOTAC had to tweak the model name of its new GeForce RTX 3060 cards to show that they're Lite Hash Rate (LHR) cards, so there are some changes to the names of their cards.
ZOTAC's GeForce RTX 3060 Apocalypse OC becomes the RTX 3060 Apocalypse GOC, the same for the RTX 3060 X-GAMING OC turning into the RTX 3060 X-GAMING GOC. There's a few other cards in ZOTAC's family of GeForce RTX 3060 graphics cards that get the new LHR series and ETH gimping lock, with no more of the older non-LHR cards being made.

NVIDIA announces GeForce RTX 30 LHR series GPUs: gimped ETH mining
After what feels like months of teases and unofficial leaks, NVIDIA has officially confirmed and announced its GeForce RTX 30 series in new Lite Hash Rate (LHR) form with an ETH mining limiter.
We saw NVIDIA release a new GeForce driver that gimped ETH mining with a built-in limiter, then it was removed... and now NVIDIA is reintroducing the limiter but through the entire stack of Ampere GPUs. There are 4 new GPUs with new PCI Device IDs under the new LHR series.
NVIDIA took to its official blog post, explaining that it is having "clear communication" with gamers by saying they want to "ensure that customers know exactly what they're getting when they buy GeForce products. To help with this, our GeForce partners are labeling the GeForce RTX 3080, RTX 3070 and RTX 3060 Ti cards with a "Lite Hash Rate," or "LHR," identifier. The identifier will be in retail product listings and on the box".

AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT overclocked: Navi 21 XTXH GPU breaches 3.3GHz
AMD has its specially-binned Navi 21 XTXH GPU powering the very, very fastest custom Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards that have been getting announced -- and now the PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Ultimate graphics card has been used to crush a 3DMark Time Spy Extreme world record.
It might not sound like much but the pre-binned Navi 21 XTXH isn't just ready for additional overclocking headroom, but AMD allows the GPU to be clocked past 3GHz -- far beyond it, with the overclockers from team OGS over in Greece using the PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Ultimate graphics card + LN2 cooling to push the Navi 21 XTXH GPU to 3.3GHz.
AMD allows up to an insane 4GHz so that overclockers can reach for the stars with a Navi 21 XTXH-powered Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. The previous record was by overclocking legend Der8auer who hit 3.2GHz on the same PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Ultimate, but he didn't include benchmark results with that OC.

AMD Navi 24 GPU aka 'Beige Goby' teased: Big Navi for under $150
AMD will have another Navi GPU out this year with rumors swirling on the new Navi 24 being teased, codenamed "Beige Goby" and spotted in new Linux drivers.
For reference, Navi 21 was codenamed "Sienna Cichlid" while Navi 22 was codenamed "Navy Flounder" while Navi 23 is codenamed "Dimgrey Cavefish" because reasons. The new Navi 24 GPU should be powering the not-yet-announced Radeon RX 6500 or Radeon RX 6400 series graphics cards.
The new RDNA 2-powered Navi 24 GPU will reportedly have 1 SDMA engine (normally discrete GPUs have 2 SDMA engines), 16MB of Infinity Cache, and 16 Compute Units (1024 shader cores). But then our friend Tom @ Moore's Law is providing more details in that the single small 16 compute units + tiny IC + single GDDR6 chip = great low-power Radeon RX 560 replacement that should consume under 75W.

AMD Radeon RX 6600, RX 6600 XT teased: Navi 23 GPU + 8GB GDDR6
AMD recently released its Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card but it's not finished filling out its RDNA 2 family of Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards.
We've had earlier teases of the Radeon RX 6600 series through AIDA64 and GPU-Z updates and early support given to the new cards, we now have some new leaks on the Radeon RX 6600 XT and RX 6600 cards from Chiphell. New information on AMD engineering samples teases the Radeon RX 6600 XT with its Navi 23 GPU and 2048 Stream Processors.
AMD will have the cut-down Navi 23 inside of the Radeon RX 6600, with the non-XT version probably packing 1792 Stream Processors while both cards will have 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit memory interface. We should expect AMD to reveal the Radeon RX 6600 series cards in the next couple of months, with rumors of a Q2 2021 launch.

MSI lists the new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti on its website a little early
We all know NVIDIA is about to launch its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, even if the company doesn't want to make it look like it's about to drop another GeForce RTX 30 series card -- and now MSI has made it just a bit more official before launch.
We've already seen the card listed around the world for between $1300 and $2250 online, as well as the you're-stupid-if-you-pay-it $3500+ for the MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti SUPRIM X graphics card in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). But now, now MSI itself was caught with a filter on its own website that adds the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti to the pile.
NVIDIA will be announcing its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti on May 29 at this stage, with a launch in June -- meanwhile, MSI will have its new custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti SUPRIM X graphics card shipping in June... even though the card is obviously shipping to distributors and retailers right now considering you can buy it in some markets already.
