The new Surf 'n' Turf DLC for Overcooked 2 has brought the beach to the kitchen, are you a game enough to delve straight into the anarchy?

Developed and published by Ghost Town Games and Team 17, the new Surf 'n' Turf DLC adds a whole 12 new kitchens to the game. Included within these kitchen is some brand new ways for players to create some dishes, some of the new additions include: blenders, new chefs, new recipes, water guns, swimming pools and new obstacles.

Players should notice that each of the new maps that are seen throughout the DLC have been completely re-skinned and fit the new beach theme. It should also be noted that some new beach foods have also been added to fit this theme, we now have kebabs and players will be required to use the bellows to grill them.

AMD has just created massive buzz for CES 2019 by announcing that it will "catapult computing, gaming, and visualization technologies forward with the world's first 7nm high-performance CPUs and GPUs, providing the power required to reach technology's next horizon".

We should expect the world's first 7nm CPU to be fully unveiled and shown on stage with the next wave of EPYC processors, as well as the world's first 7nm GPU that should take form as Vega 20 inside of a new Radeon Instinct accelerator. The new EPYC 'Rome' 7nm CPUs should come with 64C/128T of processing power, utterly demolishing Intel with its flagship 28C/56T processor that is still stuck on the 14nm node.

10nm won't be a thing for Intel until late 2019 giving AMD a process node leadership it hasn't had in a decade. Meanwhile, NVIDIA has just unleashed its new Turing GPU architecture on the 12nm process, with 7nm GPUs coming from NVIDIA in 2019. AMD will be ahead of both of their main competitors for process node technology, and this is something that AMD should be shouting from the roof tops, or in this case the Venetian in Las Vegas on January 9, 2019 at 9AM.

KFC is the last company I'd expect to enter the world of esports but here we are: the chicken giant has an official Twitter account under 'KFC Gaming' based in the UK and seems to be ramping up for the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

The official KFC Gaming account tweeted "Player One has entered the game. KFC x Gaming, a match made in heaven. Just a taste of what's to come, something BIG is coming...". Mysterious, but obvious. The official KFC Gaming account explains on its Twitter profile that "Your chicken wing man for all those Victory Royales, it's going to be Finger Lickin' Good!"

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launches soon and will feature a battle royale game mode known as Blackout, which is perfect timing it seems for KFC to enter the esports market, especially with how viral Fortnite has been. KFC wants to be the "chicken wing man for all those Victory Royales", so you know some Fortnite Battle Royale games will be played by KFC Gaming.

Blizzcon 2018 is right around the corner with Blizzard teasing something Diablo related for the show, but they kept specifics under wraps for now. We don't know what to expect at all, but a tease of Diablo 4 could bring the house down.

Blizzard has a bunch of 'What's Next' segments during Blizzcon 2018, with one of them being titled 'Diablo: What's Next'. We're also going to find out what's coming up for both Overwatch and World of Warcraft, but something Diablo related could be huge. The Diablo: What's Next segment is the first segment after the opening ceremony, and in previous years the developer has unveiled big announcements after the opening ceremony.

Rewinding the clock back to Blizzcon 2015 where Blizzard boss Jeff Kaplan took the stage to tell the world the developer was moving into first-person shooters, and the announcement of Overwatch happened. Blizzard handled Hearthstone's Gadgetzan expansion after the opening keynote to Blizzcon 2016. Diablo hasn't had any new announcements during Blizzcon for a few years now, but we know that the official Twitter account for Diablo teased "we have multiple Diablo projects in the works", something that was tweeted out just before Gamescom a few weeks ago.

Forget watching Twin Peaks (well not really, it's a great show and you should totally watch it): soon we'll be able to walk right into the strange universe thanks to VR.

Twin Peaks VR is happening, and it'll let us wander the strange interdimensional conduits of the small Washington town. The game is an interactive experience where users play as a lost soul caught in the Black Lodge, using clues from Special Agent Dale Cooper along the way.

"Twin Peaks VR takes the surreal world created by David Lynch and lets players explore its depths. It includes iconic moments and settings from 2017's 18-part limited event series Twin Peaks: The Return, as well as the original landmark television series. Utilizing lines and sounds from the show itself, players will travel to Glastonbury Grove, only to end up in the puzzling Red Room. Fans of the series will follow in the footsteps of Special Agent Dale Cooper and try to make their way back into the life they left behind. Twin Peaks VR is being developed for HTC vive and Oculus Rift and will be available on Steam."

Although Rockstar Games has a marketing deal with Sony, Red Dead Redemption 2 should run best on Microsoft's higher-end Xbox One X console--possibly so well that the huge open-world Western will hit native 4K resolution on the system.

Red Dead Redemption 2's raucous gun-slinging frontier adventure will run at native 4K without any dynamic resolution scaling or checkerboard rendering mechanisms in place, according to a recent Tweet from Xbox France.

This actually might be possible given RDR2 was built from the ground up for consoles, and it's highly likely that Rockstar will optimize both the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X's full power to impressive results. Everything we've seen so far shows advanced lighting, more dynamic physics systems, stellar animation, and seamless blending of cinematic and gameplay sequences.

Cyberpunk 2077 is gearing up for its impending release on all platforms, and Warner Bros. will be a big part of the game's launch.

Although CD Projekt RED says Cyberpunk 2077 is still deep in development, the devs have secured promotional plans for the massively ambitious sci-fi shooter. The company today announced that Warner Bros. Interactive will handle all distribution and promotion of Cyberpunk 2077 in North America, including advertising as well as retail availability. This suggests that the game may be farther along than we thought, lending credence to the possibility of a 2019 release.

Remember that distributing and publishing aren't the same thing. CDPR will still publish Cyberpunk 2077, and Warner Bros. will put the physical PS4, Xbox One and PC boxes on North American store shelves. WB Games is producing a visceral and immersive RPG set in the Harry Potter universe, leaked footage shows.

The Harry Potter game everyone's always wanted is apparently in development, and features third-person action via explosive spellcasting, mature death sequences, roving exploration across Hogwarts, and even dynamic environmental effects that can be manipulated by magic. There also appear to be boss fights against hulking monstrosities.

The footage was captured from a market research screening, and the user says it'll feature RPG elements like character creation, different classes, and choice between light and dark paths. Sources tell BBC's Lizio Mzimba that the Harry Potter game might be called Magic Awakened, and more games could be in development.

Renowned Witcher series writer Andrzej Sapowski is demanding more money from CD Projekt RED, and will go ahead with a copyright suit if an "amicable agreement" is not met.

CD Projekt RED has already purchased rights to adapt the Witcher universe as games, but series creator and author Andrzej Sapowski wants more royalty payments. How much more? Sapowski's lawyers sent a notice to CDPR demanding $16.1 million, or 6% of profits gained from the Witcher games, arguing that the contract both parties signed was only for the first Witcher game--not Witchers 2 & 3 as well as Gwent and Thronebreaker.

The legal team's case also surrounds precedent that an author or creator can demand more royalties if a product makes a lot more than the original contract agreement's amount. Sapowski's lawyers say they've amassed a "pool of evidence" and will go ahead with a copyright suit if the studio doesn't come to an "amicable agreement."

NVIDIA is slowly but surely getting its next-gen GeForce RTX graphics cards into the hands of gamers, with Microsoft delivering some great news in the form of Windows 10 October Update and its ray tracing/DXR features.

The new Windows 10 October Update which is rolling out right now includes the DirectX Raytracing API otherwise known as DXR, and will enable both the OS itself and the hardware - in this case, NVIDIA's new GeForce RTX series cards, to support raytracing in games. We are to soon expect RTX updates for Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Battlefield V when it launches next month, Metro Exodus when it launches early next year, and more.

The addition of ray tracing support in the new Windows 10 October Update isn't the only thing worth noting: Microsoft is introducing a new 'Your Phone' feature that will let people mirror their Android smartphones on Windows 10, where you will have easy access to your apps, messages, notifications, and more. Microsoft Edge has also been updated, the Windows 10 Game Bar and Cortana have both received some code love.

From the above trailer we are introduced into a animated world where each of the studios' previous Spider-Man movies have been connected into one. The web of storylines have come together with different Spider-hero's from other universes have come together, we can spot Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker all making their way to the big screen to save each of other.

Also spotted in the trailer is some classic Spider-Man villains, we get very brief looks at Kingpin, Green Goblin and also Scorpion. Sony has planned for the release of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse close to Christmas, December 13th to be exact.

Spanish hardware hacker Richardo Reis created a Coke vending machine that accepts Bitcoin, before Coca-Cola itself has announced let alone rolled out vending machines that accept cryptocurrency as a payment. Reis is using BTCPay on the vending machine, with a QR code being generated on the machine and then scanned in from your smartphone. An instant payment is then made and the sale is complete.

Bitcoin transfers normally take roughly an hour to process but this BTCPay-powered Coke vending machine uses the Lightning Network. The Lighting Network allows for micropayments as small as .00000001 BTC to take place, compared to the blockchain which has minimum requirements magnitudes higher than that.

Nintendo 3DS fans are starting the month of October off quite well with a new trailer showcasing that the classic Luigi's Mansion is debuting to handheld console.

It has been 17 years since the release of the original Luigi's Mansion back on the GameCube in 2001. Now, Nintendo have decided to bring the classic title back to life by debuting it to the Nintendo 3DS. For those that don't know about Luigi's Mansion, our green suited friend has won his very own mansion in a contest he didn't even enter in, players will traverse through the mansion solving puzzles, running from and capturing ghosts and also beating bosses.

Players will have to follow "a map on the touchscreen, shine a flashlight, blow fire, shoot water, stun ghosts, and trap them...before Mario is trapped forever!" Luigi's Mansion is planned for release on the Nintendo 3DS on October 12th. Developer and publisher, Ghost Town Games and Team17 have released New Game+ into the kitchen for Overcooked 2. They have also teased a brand new "beach" themed DLC for release tomorrow.

Now that New Game+ has been added to Overcooked 2, trusty chefs that wan to test their skill can now go back through each of the levels to acquire the new fourth star. An example of the difficulty increase that New Game+ will be bringing players is for level 1-1: 20 points = one star, 60 = two, 240 = three and 1,000 points = four stars.

Moving onto the DLC now, players should prepare themselves for a beach themed DLC filled with recipes and maps that include seafood. According to the in-game listing,"Get your sunglasses on, gather your chefs, and fire up the barbecue... IT'S TIME TO GO TO THE BEACH! You'll be having a whale of a time, cooking up kebab skewers and smoothies as the ever so exotic parrot chef, the spicy skillful island chef, and a returning hero chef from Overcooked." Back in last months Nintendo Direct, we saw coming to the end of the livestream that Nintendo would be bringing Switch owners a new installment into the Animal Crossing series.

The news of another Animal Crossing game being in the works was revealed to us shortly after the classic animal crossing character Isabelle was announced to be joining the Super Smash Brso. Ultimate roster. After the Smash announcement we were shown Tom Nook who said that there would be a new Animal Crossing game sometime in 2019.

Now, recent rumors have surfaced from LootPots, who are claiming that a source has said to them at Animal Crossing fans can expect the game to be released sometime in late Q1 or early Q2 (March or April of 2019). To be completely fair though, LootPots did not specify who this source was or how reliable their information is, so please due take the broadness of these supposed release dates with a healthy amount of skepticism.

Mega Man 11 has released onto the Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch and to celebrate Capcom has released a brand new launcher trailer.

Capcom's Mega Man 11 has been released and with a short and sweet launch trailer that shows has debuted, the trailer showcases to players the many different stages and bosses that will be found throughout Mega Man 11. Players that manage to defeat each of the stage bosses will be glad to know that Mega Man is now able to absorb the respective powers from each of the bosses which in turn makes him much more powerful.

This absorbing of powers has been accomplished through Dr. Light's Double Gear System, Mega Man has been equipped with this new gear system and it allows for him to slow the duration of time, power up certain aspects of himself and also perform some other tightly knit tricks. Razer has just entered the gaming router market with the surprise announcement of Sila, a new gaming router that the company designed to keep lag away when gaming or streaming media.

Inside, the Razer FasTrack QoS system will prioritize traffic for when you're gaming or streaming video from the likes of Netflix or YouTube. It'll also automatically detect consoles, or work out which game you're playing on your PC and keep bandwidth secured away for you exclusively.

Razer has deployed a multi-channel zero-wait DFS system that will ensure network congestion stays at a minimum. Sila will make sure you get connected with the strongest signal possible, as there are more and more gamers using Wi-Fi to game all day or night long, especially with the rise of Fortnite on mobile.

Can you believe it has been close to two years since Microsoft revealed its first all-in-one desktop? The Surface Studio has been here for a while now, and at its latest event, Microsoft revealed the new Surface Pro 2 system.

The revamped Surface Studio 2 might not look that different from the outside, but there is a lot of new things going on under the hood. There are upgraded NVIDIA Pascal-based graphics, up to 32GB of RAM, up to 2TB of SSD, and much more. Microsoft says this is the fastest Surface ever. The GPUs inside of the new Surface Studio 2 will include options for a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB and GTX 1070.

The same 28-inch display is here but this time Surface Studio 2 is 38% brighter, and has 22% more contrast. This is because Microsoft used a new LCD and oxide transistor technology. Microsoft has added USB-C support and Surface Dial integration with the new Surface Studio 2 including the latest and greatest Surface Pen.

Blizzard always gets into the holiday spirit with themed events for Overwatch and Halloween is no exception with the Twitter account of Overwatch EU teasing the upcoming Halloween Terror event.

We don't know exactly what to expect in the Halloween Terror event, but we get to see the reskin of Eichenwalde in the refreshed map called Adlersbrunn. Overwatch's other Halloween Terror events have provided interesting tweaks to game modes, themed skins and other loot to be collected. But the biggest change with Halloween and Overwatch this year is that Blizzard has announced two lines of officially licensed Halloween costumes that you can buy in real life.

This is split into two: Disguise.com offering Genji and Tracer costumes for both kids and adults, while there's also a Soldier: 76 costume for kids only.

I can't believe I'm typing this, but Russian trolls and bots are being blamed for the highly debated Star Wars: The Last Jedi. In a new academic paper by researcher Morten Bay titled 'Weaponizing The Haters: The Last Jedi and the strategic politicization of pop culture through social media manipulation' he looks into the reception of The Last Jedi, and stamps a big 'IT WAS RUSSIA' stamp on it.

Bay said that the negative reception of The Last Jedi might not be because it was one in a string of rushed Star Wars movies, and instead his paper "finds evidence of deliberate, organized political influence measures disguised as fan arguments".

He continues: "The likely objective of these measures is increasing media coverage of the fandom conflict, thereby adding to and further propagating a narrative of widespread discord and dysfunction in American society. Persuading voters of this narrative remains a strategic goal for the U.S. alt-right movement, as well as the Russian Federation".
