The ASUS ROG G751 is one of the most powerful gaming laptops on the market, but the Taiwanese giant has just one-upped itself with the new GX700 gaming notebook. What makes it so special? Well, it's watercooled. Frickin' watercooled.

The ASUS GX700 features a 17-inch screen with a 4K resolution, which is a first. Inside, we have the new Intel K-series Skylake processor, and an unreleased NVIDIA GeForce GPU. The CPU itself is reportedly the Core i7-6820HK, which has a 2.7GHz base frequency and Turbo clock of 3.6GHz. There's an insane 64GB of DDR4 RAM inside, and as for the GPU, it's an unreleased GeForce chip with 2048 CUDA cores, a 1190MHz GPU clock, 128 TMUs, 64 ROPs, and 160GB/sec of memory bandwidth. The big difference between the G751 with its GTX 980M, is that the GTX 980M has 1536 CUDA cores, so this new GPU should be quite the jump.

ASUS includes a huge 'docking base' with the GX700 which is just a standalone watercooling solution. The notebook itself is very similar in its cooling design to the G751, but the watercooling base is a huge change. When attached, it can increase performance by as much as 80% according to ASUS. This is because gaming notebooks throttle the GPU speeds when it's not adequately cooled.

With the release of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided set for February 2016, gamers need to get into the world of Deus Ex, and what better way than by getting every Deus Ex game released for just $6.59 from Steam?

The $6.59 bundle includes Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition, Deus Ex: Invisible War, Deus Ex: Human Revolution (Director's Cut) and Deus Ex: The Fall. This is a steal, considering it would cost close to, or just over $200 if you paid nearly full price for all of the Deus Ex games when they were released.

The sale lasts for another 14 hours or so, so you will want to jump in quick.

6S Marketing may like iPhones and other Apple products, but hopes the new iPhone isn't dubbed the iPhone 6s. The company rented billboard space in Times Square, along with plastering trucks with a plea to Apple.

You see, the company, which has offices in New York City, Toronto and Vancouver, doesn't want Apple to name its next-generation smartphone as the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The new phone, which is expected to be unveiled later this month, could break 6S Marketing's hearts:

"See, our company name is 6S Marketing, but our clients, friends, and colleagues simply refer to us as good ol' "6S." It's a small name but a big part of our identity -- one we've been using since 2000, when we started this company in my tiny apartment. At that time, we didn't think that one of the biggest, and most well-respected, companies would use it to name a mobile device. (We were still using Motorola flip phones at the time, after all.)

It doesn't matter if you're a PC gamer or console owner, this looks like a fantastic time to be playing video games. Microsoft Xbox product manager Patrick Perkins recently described it as the strongest gaming period in almost 10 years, with plenty of high-profile titles that have either launched - or will launch in the next several quarters.

"Before we even launched the Xbox One, we knew that this was the year," Perkins recently said while speaking on the GameStop Expo livestream. "You just look at the development cycles and when everything's going to come together."

While speaking on the livestream, Perkins compared the upcoming 2015 holiday and early 2016 gaming season to that of 2007 holiday and early 2008 - when games such as Assassin's Creed, Halo 3, BioShock, Rock Band, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Mass Effect launched. Of course, games such as The Witcher, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Crysis, and Super Mario Galaxy also were released in that same time frame.

Square Enix recently revealed the official release date for sci-fi wonder Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, but the celebration was dampened with a strange pre-order scheme that could have a huge impact on the future of the games industry.

The studio's neo-noir augmented dystopian sci-fantasy Deus Ex: Mankind Divided looks to be one of the best games in recent memory, and it now has a release date of February 23, 2016. Unless enough people pre-order the game--then it'll release four days earlier on February 19, 2016. To get the game early a good portion of gamers will have to pay up front and everyone gets the game early...this time.

In the future might be different. What if there are actually two release dates for games: the early pre-orderers who acted like early adopters in a weird sort of Early Access for AAA games, and the regular joes who get access to the game later. If this kind of disparity is created it'll likely eschew an exodus towards pre-buying as the mainstream public will probably want to get their game as soon as possible--it's the same price, right, so what's the big deal?

Sony has unveiled three new smartphones at IFA 2015, with the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact not standing out too much, but the new Xperia Z5 Premium is the world's first 4K smartphone.

Starting with the Xperia Z5, which features Sony's new 1/2.3 Exmor RS sensor crammed into a huge 23-megapixel camera with an F2.0 G Lens. This is Sony's "first completely re-imagined smartphone camera module since Xperia Z1" and has been "designed with Sony's interchangeable lens camera Alpha technology for clear, vivid imagery every time".

The new Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact are both powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, which is an 8-core GPU with 4G LTE speeds and the latest in Wi-Fi technology. Both handsets pack Sony's incredible battery stamina and power-saving technologies, as well as Quick Charge 2.0 which will have your Xperia Z5 charged up in no time.

To celebrate the launch of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Konami has released an official debriefing that shows Hideo Kojima is truly one of the most heartfelt developers in the industry.

Hideo Kojima cares about his audience and really connects with the people who play his games. During the MGSV debriefing, the grandmaster of tactical stealth espionage personally visited the home of Sean Gillespie, a fan who had recently tragically died of cancer. Before his death in February, Sean's love and enthusiasm for Metal Gear Solid directly touched and inspired Kojima and his dev team.

"I'm visiting Sean's home after he passed because my energy comes from the players," Hideo Kojima said in the video, his voice seeming to hitch with emotion. "When I announced a release date for MGSV I swore to follow through, and not to disappoint them. The players are everything. Without them, nothing I do would matter."

ASUS has just unveiled its new VivoStick, which is a PC-on-a-stick powered by Windows 10. The new VivoStick sports an Intel Cherry Trail-based processor inside, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of local storage packed into an eMCP (multi-chip package).

The new ASUS VivoStick includes 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 x USB 3.0 port, 1 x USB 2.0 port, and an HDMI port. ASUS has also included a headphone jack, and there's even an integrated speaker. Windows 10 will come pre-installed, which is a nice touch. Even Intel's Compute Stick packed Windows 8.1, but the VivoStick is going to be quite the winner with Windows 10 installed.

ASUS has placed an MSRP of $129 on the VivoStick, with no word on availability just yet.

This time last year we were at the NVIDIA Editor's Day where we got the chance to test out Epic Games' at the time 'Car Flip' VR experience. This ended up being 'Showdown', one of the best VR experiences at the time.

Well, now Epic has released the Unreal Engine 4-powered Showdown experience, which you can download directly from the Epic Games Launcher. The cinematic, bull-time action "experience" is compatible with the Oculus Rift, Sony's Project Morpheus and HTC Vive. If you have an Oculus Rift DK1 or DK2 headset, you need to download this right now and check it out.

Acer has announced two new additions to the Predator gaming monitor series, introducing a flat-panel and curved monitor.

The Predator Z35 is a 35-inch curved panel that provides 21:9 UltraWide Full HD (2560x1080), utilizing NVIDIA ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), and a 200Hz refresh rate. Acer also threw in its TrueHarmony technology and DTS Sound 9Wx2 speakers.

The Predator XB1 Series includes two different 27-inch models that feature a 4K UHD (3840x2160) or WQHD (2560x1440) IPS panels able to provide 100% of the sRGB color gamut. The 28-model (XB281HK) has a 1ms gray to gray response time, and the 27-inch models feature a 144Hz refresh rate.

Acer has announced the Acer Chromebook R 11, the company's first convertible Chromebook laptop unit.

The Chromebook R 11 features an 11.6-inch (1366x768) display, HD webcam, powered by Intel Celeron processors. The device features a dual-torque hinge design able to support the following modes: laptop, pad, display and tent. It is just 19.2mm thin and weighs less than three pounds, so it'll be easy to transport out and about.

The Acer Chromebook R 11 will launch in North America next month with a $299 MSRP. Global rollout will begin in November.

Today Battlefront fans got a big shock when EA revealed that the new Star Wars shooter won't have server browsers, and instead will be based entirely on a new matchmaking system.

"Star Wars Battlefront will not offer a server browser, but will utilize a new skill-based matchmaking system," EA's community manager Sledgehammer70 said in a Reddit post. Essentially it looks as if even PC gamers won't be able to create and join custom maps and gametypes on a server, instead being stuck in a matchmaking playlist.

EA says that gamers will still be able to join and create party lobbies with their friends, but the studio still hasn't revealed any concrete details on their new system. Reddit users accuse EA and DICE of "console-izing" PC gaming with this move, and one user says that regional gamers might get the short end with matchmaking: "Australian MatchMaking has never worked properly here we get so many out of region players that just ruin the server."

Not only are we looking for US-based news reporters, but we are on the lookout for a US-based video professional, too. TweakTown is wanting to step into the world of video content in a big way, so we need a professional video guy or girl, too.

The candidate would need extensive experience in video content, with previous bodies of work as an example before applying. Preferably, we are looking for someone who is already in the industry who might work for a smaller site or company (or even on your own) and wants to join the big leagues, but you don't need to be intimidated by this. You might do kick ass work and just haven't been noticed yet, so this is your chance!

We would need someone based in the US who is willing to travel to trade shows and expos around the world, including CES in Vegas, E3 in LA, Computex in Taipei, and more. We are looking for someone who has considerable experience in YouTube, Vessel, and more - and has no issues dealing with deadlines. There's no super amount of technology expertise required, but this would be an advantage.

The candidate would be required to have above average English and grammar skills, and a large interest in technology and games. Previous experience isn't required, but it is definitely favorable. You'll of course need Internet access, a computer of some sort to write on, and the time required (which varies depending on your typing speed, and how quickly you get used to writing news, hopefully for a living).

This is a paid position, where you'll start off on a trial for 1-2 weeks before joining our awesome news crew led by yours truly. We are looking for a serious candidate, so if you're working a full-time job, you'll have to think twice before applying. The candidate would also have to be excited about attending local technology and game trade shows, such as the Consumer Electronic Show in Vegas, E3 in LA, and more.

Fallout 4 is a pretty complex and dynamic game, and lots of gamers are stumped when it comes to the new perk system. Below we make an educated guess based off of data and speculation on how Fallout 4's perk and leveling system might work.

A recent OXM interview with a Bethesda rep has prompted a dizzying level of confusion in the Fallout community, leading to rampant speculation and millions of gamers scratching their heads. "You'll still level up via XP, and each level increase will still give you a point to spend on a perk, but now those perks have varying XP levels of their own," says the Bethesda employee. "It's perk-ception, essentially, and means that, should you theoretically play long enough to max out every tier of every single one gaining untold buffs and no doubt all kinds of horrendous real-world illnesses in the process - you'll top off with a total of 275."

Perk-ception? Perk level ups? How does that work exactly? Also does this mean there actually is a level cap after all? I believe the concept is pretty hard to explain in just words, and the rep was put on the spot and wasn't prepared to adequately explain the system. Which makes sense, as Todd Howard says Bethsoft won't spoil Fallout 4, and this could ruin some surprises.

The Toshiba Digital Products Division (DPD) has announced the Satellite Radius 12, a new compact 2-in-1 12.5" convertible laptop supporting a 4K UHD display.

The laptop supports the 12.5-inch diagonal IPS touchscreen display (3840x2160), and runs the 6th Gen Intel Core processor. It weighs just 2.8 pounds, and has been designed to be an ultimate travel companion for power users on the go. It also supports Laptop, Tablet, Tabletop, Presentation and Audience modes.

"Toshiba has made significant investments to deliver an exceptional customer experience across its portfolio of Windows devices," said Peter Han, VP of worldwide OEM at Microsoft. "Toshiba's Satellite Radius 12 provides an optimized experience that allows customers to take advantage of some of the exciting new features in Windows 10 including Windows Hello."

It might be the introduction of high performance unlocked K-series mobile processors from Intel, but EVGA has decided to enter the gaming notebook market. At IDF, Intel hinted that EVGA would be bringing a gaming notebook to market featuring a new Skylake mobile CPU.

EVGA is traditionally known for their aftermarket video cards and motherboards, and they have a large following of enthusiasts and gamers who want the best hardware in their computers. I contacted our EVGA representative to get more information or even confirmation. According to EVGA marketing, "[EVGA] are working on a new 17-inch thin gaming notebook with very high-end hardware. Plan to launch late this year/early next. 100% EVGA design from the ground up".

EVGA is known for their NVIDIA-based GPUs and Intel-based motherboards, so we should expect an Intel CPU and the possibility of a discrete mobile GPU from NVIDIA. We could even go as far as to expect Intel's first K-SKU mobile CPU in EVGA's gaming notebook, but at this time there is no solid confirmation of what hardware will be used in their gaming notebook.

It looks like NVIDIA is really ramping things up for GRID 2.0, so that it can power an insane amount of virtual desktops thanks to its Maxwell GPU architecture.

GRID 2.0 was announced at the VMworld conference yesterday, where NVIDIA unveiled two new video cards based on their Maxwell architecture. The first is a dual-GPU, high-end card in the form of the Tesla M60 while the other is a single-GPU, high-end offering in the Tesla M6. Starting with the Tesla M60, we have 4096 CUDA cores, 16GB of GDDR5 and 7.4 TFLOPS of single precision performance. The Tesla M60 is capable of handling 36 simultaneous H.264 1080p30 streams at once and uses up to 300W of power.

The Tesla M6 features just 1536 CUDA cores, 8GB of GDDR5 and it can handle 18 simultaneous H.264 1080p30 streams at once. It arrives on a bare board on its own, using up to 100W of power. NVIDIA is coy on pricing at the moment, with both of the new Maxwell-based Tesla offerings being made available on September 15.

Intel took everyone by surprise when they launched the Broadwell 5775C and 5675C desktop SKUs around Computex. The CPUs not only took the crown with the fastest desktop integrated graphics, but they also were able to overclock.

Building upon the success of their Iris Pro line with integrated eDRAM, Intel is adding eDRAM to their more affordable Iris lineup as well. For Skylake, both GT3 and GT4 integrated graphics will feature 22nm eDRAM. The eDRAM will be treated as normal system memory (instead of cache), but should prove to be beneficial for graphics performance.

While the 5775C and 5675C were both launched months ago, only recently did they start to sell. Their prices are also sky high, but we hear that there is demand for desktop CPUs with strong integrated graphics. The overclocking potential of the "C" SKUs was also low, the CPUs didn't overclock well. Intel told us that this was due to the mobile nature of Broadwell; transforming the BGA CPU to an LGA CPU proved to be cumbersome because of the eDRAM implementation and expected overclocking capabilities.
