NVIDIA will be sending over 60,000 of its Blackwell AI GPUs to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in a $15 billion deal with Microsoft, with approval for the AI chips coming from the Trump administration.

The UAE has been spending billions of dollars to make itself a global AI hub, using its close relations with the US government to get its hands on US semiconductor technologies, including the most advanced AI GPUs. Microsoft Vice Chair and President Brad Smith, said in an interview: "The biggest share of (the investment), by far, both looking back and looking forward, is the expansion of AI data centres across the UAE".

On the sidelines of the ADIPEC energy conference in Abu Dhabi, Smith added: "From our perspective, it's an investment that is critical to meet the demand here for the use of AI".

Dan Houser officially confirms that Rockstar Games was working on a medieval fantasy game at one point, but the project never actually took off and entered production.

Back in 2019, rumor had it that Grand Theft Auto developer Rockstar could make a huge departure with their next game--a new knight sim that traded Grand Theft Auto's guns for swords and shields. Rockstar had been in the throes of crafting Red Dead Redemption 2 for years, and after that project shipped, the team threw together a few rough concept ideas.

One of these was Project Medieval, a game that had been set in a new IP focused on gleaming armor and knight errantry. Up until now, Project Medieval has always been a somewhat dubious rumor, but Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser has officially confirmed that it was in concept phases at one point.

If Rockstar had shipped GTA 5's singleplayer DLC, then there's a possibility that Red Dead Redemption 2 may never have been made.

In a recent interview with Lex Fridman, Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser revealed a bunch of interesting details about the studio, canceled content, and what it was like working on some of the most lauded video games in history. One of the more critical decisions is deciding on what Rockstar does and doesn't work on--in this case, GTA 5's singleplayer DLC had to be scrapped to make way for Red Dead Redemption 2.

Houser confirms that the GTA 5 DLC would have starred Trevor had it actually come out, but the content was only about halfway done before it had been canceled altogether so that devs could prioritize RDR2.

Battlefield 6's new Strikepoint mode, which arrived with Season 1 last week, reportedly has a serious glitch which could allow for farming a ton of XP - though some action appears to have been taken to stop this already.

Eurogamer (via TechRadar) brought our attention to the supposed XP exploit (XPloit for short), and the fact that the Battlefield Comms account on X has posted about an issue pertaining to experience gain - and a hotfix of some kind therein.

However, the post on X (see above) doesn't mention an XP farming exploit specifically, just that: "We've identified an issue that was affecting the amount of XP earned in the Strikepoint mode. To maintain fair and consistent progression, we've made some temporary adjustments to XP in this mode while we investigate a longer term solution."

President Trump has said that NVIDIA's most advanced Blackwell AI GPUs won't be allowed to be given to any other country that is outside of the United States, keeping China's hands off bleeding-edge AI silicon.

In a new interview between President Trump and CBS on 60 Minutes, as well as comments to reporters on-board Air Force One, President Trump said that only US customers should have access to the best Blackwell chips from NVIDIA. President Trump told CNBC: "The most advanced, we will not let anybody have them other than the United States. We don't give (the Blackwell) chip to other people".

We might see tighter US restrictions around bleeding-edge US semiconductors, more so than previous reports have suggested, with China and most of the world banned from accessing NVIDIA's best AI silicon. However, just last Friday, NVIDIA said it would be supplying over 260,000+ Blackwell AI GPUs to South Korea, and to some of the country's biggest businesses, including SK hynix and Samsung, both of which supply HBM memory to NVIDIA.

SK hynix has unveiled its next-generation technology roadmap, including HBM5, HBM5E, GDDR7-next, DDR6, and 400+ layer 4D NAND and more to come for 2029-2031.

During the SK AI Summit 2025 event held in Seoul, South Korea, on November 3, the company unveiled its next-gen DRAM memory and NAND flash product roadmap. This included discussion on next-gen technologies including custom HBM memory, HBF, and a slew of AI-optimized products of the future.

SK hynix's new DRAM and NAND roadmaps cover 2026 to 2028, and then 2029 to 2031, where SK hynix will have next-gen HBM4 16-Hi stacks, as well as even faster HBM4E in 8/12/16-Hi stacks between 2026-2028. SK hynix will also have custom HBM4E memory, LPDDR6 memory, and new AI-D series memory with LPDDR5X SOCAMM 2, MRDIMM Gen2, LPDDR5R, and 2nd Gen CXL LPDDR6 memory for conventional DRAM.

SK hynix CEO Kwak Noh-Jung has just announced the company's new vision of its "Full Stack AI Memory Creator" at the SK AI Summit 2025 event, hosted in Seoul, South Korea, on November 3.

SK hynix is in a fierce memory battle with fellow South Korean memory maker Samsung, in providing the most -- and the best -- HBM memory for AI chips to companies like NVIDIA and AMD. SK hynix dominated the HBM3 and HBM3E supply to NVIDIA for its Hopper and Blackwell GPUs, but Samsung is catching up quite fast when it comes to next-gen HBM4, so SK hynix is jumping out ahead highlighting its new Full Stack AI Memory Creator vision.

SK hynix CEO Kwak Noh-Jung said: "SK hynix has been playing the role of a Full Stack Memory Provider by supplying products aligned with customer needs and time. Moving forward, the company aims to exceed customers' expectation by actively collaborating within the ecosystem and by solving the customers' hurdles together. YouTuber "PewDiePie" has been busy building a monster PC system and playing around creating his own AI service using Chinese open-source models, and modded NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 48GB graphics cards. Check it out:

PewDiePie has effectively created a 10-way GPU cluster as a "mini-datacenter" that uses PCIe bifurcation to spread out the PCIe lanes to handle all of the GPUs. The YouTuber was playing around by hosting models like Llama 70B, but realized that he has enough GPUs and VRAM capacity to run a much bigger 240 billion parameter AI model.

This is when he discovered Baidu's Qwen open-source AI model, creating a totally private, self-hosted AI system. This is where things take a hilarious turn... as PewDiePie assigned each one of the 8 GPUs as a different council member, with different personalities. He said that at this point, it's a democratic process, where he would consult his council, all giving a different answer, and then they vote. He wanted it to be better, so he created a new system that automatically generates new council members, different ones, so that it's constantly improving.

SignalRGB has just built a new custom PC that is inside of an actual microwave, with the RGB-blinged PC components sitting inside of the microwave, spinning on a turntable, and a Stream Deck on the side as the keypad. Check it out:

The company installed a small monitor into the door of the microwave, by the turntable, with the graphics card -- the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB -- mounted on the wall, instead of inside of it. SignalRGB's new Microwave PC costs $2000 and features a customizable LCD screen where the microwave display used to be, in the upper right-hand corner. You can interact with the display through the built-in Stream Deck pad below it.

NVIDIA's RTX Remix toolset, which allows modders to remaster and even remake older PC titles with access to modern path-traced lighting and technologies like DLSS, has been used to great effect to breathe new life into classic games. And now we can add Grand Theft Auto IV or GTA 4 to the mix, with a new RTX Remix version of the game showcasing Rockstar's 2008 classic in a new light.

Coming from experienced modder xoxor4d, this project is a little different than some of the others we've seen because it required some reverse engineering of the game's code and how it handled DirectX to be compatible with RTX Remix. Currently playable for xoxor4d's Patreon subscribers, the mod is on track for a full free release once completed.

For those wondering how it looks, even without updated assets like higher-resolution textures and new models, the path-traced lighting enhances GTA 4's distinct look. As expected, path tracing in the open-world GTA 4 requires powerful GeForce RTX 50 Series hardware to run, but part of this is due to the game itself.

AMD has put out a statement regarding game optimizations being delivered to owners of older Radeon GPUs, with the company putting out a new blog post titled "Continued Support for Every Radeon Gamer".

Team Red addressed some confusion that erupted after it released the Adrenalin Edition 25.10.2 driver, which it said alongside the release of the driver that GPUs using older RDNA architectures such as RDNA 3 and RDNA 4 would be entering "maintenance mode". That message resulted in many owners of these GPUs believing they would stop receiving day-one game optimization support and merely receive critical firmware and other necessary updates. However, that isn't the case.

AMD explains that it has broken up its architectures into two separate branches, RDNA 1 & 2, and RDNA 3 & 4. This structure enables the company to roll out continued support for all Radeon owners, which includes day-one game optimizations. More specifically, AMD adds that it will still be providing day-one game support for RDNA 1 & 2 GPU owners, which includes the Radeon RX 5000 and RX 6000 series, and its RDNA 3 & 4 owners, which is the Radeon RX 7000 and RX 9000 series GPUs.

In a recent interview with The Escapist, Jay Klaitz, the actor who played Lester Crest in Grand Theft Auto 5, said that considering the amount of money that has been poured into the development of Grand Theft Auto 6, Rockstar would be correct in pricing the title at $100 for the standard edition.

Klaitz said that Grand Theft Auto 5 was "heavy on the mocap," and that he assumes Grand Theft Auto 6 will be no different. Additionally, the actor mentioned how many years it takes to develop a new Grand Theft Auto title, with Klaitz saying that after the release of Grand Theft Auto 5, Rockstar immediately began work on GTA 6. For those who don't know, GTA 5 released in 2013, making the development for GTA 6 thirteen years in the making by the time it releases in May 2026.

The actor also points to the additional content players will be getting once the game releases, including the content aspect. "You're almost buying multiple games when you buy the one". With that being said, Klaitz does recognize the sentiment of making GTA 6 as cheap as possible to make it accessible to more fans, saying, "maybe there's a way to split the difference." However, Klaitz said that he lands in the camp of the $100 price tag, "this game warrants that price tag."

The Steam Hardware & Software Survey results for October 2025 are in, and the GeForce RTX 3060 has reclaimed the top spot as the most popular discrete gaming GPU, followed by the GeForce RTX 4060. The 'Top 30' discrete gaming GPUs among PC gamers is once again dominated by NVIDIA, with the company's fastest-growing RTX Blackwell generation GPUs being the GeForce RTX 5070, followed by the mainstream GeForce RTX 5060.

Valve's data shows that the GeForce RTX 5070 is the most popular new graphics card option for PC gaming, and the card could reach the 'Top 10' before the end of the year if its momentum holds. Likewise, RTX 50 Series cards, such as the RTX 5060, 5060 Ti, and 5070 Ti, are continuing to rise up the charts. The only discrete option not in the 'Top 30' is the flagship GeForce RTX 5090.

However, unlike AMD's new RDNA 4-powered Radeon RX 9000 Series, the RTX 5090 makes the list with AMD's latest cards still relegated to the 'Other' category. Or, they are being miscategorized, as there are a few generic 'Radeon Graphics' entries. Here's the complete list.

AMD released the Radeon RX 9070 XT, its flagship RDNA 4 GPU, in March of this year. Launching with an MSRP of $599 in the US, although it was possible to pick up one at or close to this price, for the most part, the 9070 XT has been retailing for around $650 on the low end to around $700 for most models since its debut. As a competitive alternative to the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070, the value proposition for RDNA 4 naturally makes it a far better deal, priced at $599.

The good news is that you can now purchase a Radeon RX 9070 XT for $599 at multiple retailers in the country; however, this appears to be limited to the reference ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB model. Previously available for $649.99, the ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9070 XT is now available for $599.99 at Newegg, Micro Center, and Walmart.

Samsung's next-gen Exynos 2600 processor for its new Galaxy S26 smartphones next year will be the first 2nm GAA chipset fabbed by Samsung, and the first Galaxy smartphone to be powered by an in-house processor since the S22 series in 2022.

The new Samsung Exynos 2600 processor has been slowly going through benchmark leaks, where a few days ago it was compared against Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. New tests have been revealed, tested against Apple's new flagship A19 Pro processor, with the Exynos 2600 being up to 59% more power efficient thanks to Samsung's new in-house 2nm GAA process node.

In new results shared by @SPYGO19726 on X with a purported Exynos 2600 prototype, running Geekbench 6 with both single-core and multi-core tests, looking at the power efficiency of the chip in particular. Samsung's new Exynos 2600 processor consumes just 7.6W running the Geekbench 6 multi-core test, and just 3.6W with the single-core run.

Samsung will unveil its next-generation Galaxy S26 series smartphones at an "AI-focused" Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco.

In a new report from Korean media outlet MT picked up by @Jukanlosreve on X, industry sources said that Samsung has confirmed the event, and will unveil its next-gen Galaxy S26 series smartphones, including the new Galaxy S26 Ultra, powered by its new in-house Exynos 2600 processor.

There were previous rumors that we'll see Samsung release the new Galaxy S26 Edge, but after lackluster sales of the S25 Edge, the company is reportedly narrowing the choices down to the three-model lineup with the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra.

Chinese manufacturer MOREFINE has just launched its new H1 Mini-PC, powered by AMD's flagship Ryzen AI Max+ 395 "Strix Halo" APU, 128GB of RAM, and 2TB Gen4 SSD storage for $2199.

The folks at Wccftech spotted the 9800X3D deal, but Microcenter also has a bundle that includes the 9800X3D, plus the ASUS B650E-E TUF Gaming WiFi motherboard, which costs $529.99.

That's not a bad deal if you want to upgrade your system with a kickass CPU, and a decent motherboard for just $530.
