COLORFUL has just launched its new X15 XS gaming laptop which rocks Intel's new 12th Gen Core "Alder Lake" CPUs and NVIDIA's new GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU.
The new COLORFUL X15 XS gaming laptop is offered in two CPU configurations: the Core i5-12500H (12-core, 16-thread) processor or the Core i7-12700H (14-core, 20-thread) processor. MSI Summit E16 Flip EVO laptop: Intel Alder Lake CPU + Arc A370M GPU
MSI is preparing its new Summit E16 Flip EVO laptop which will be a new 2-in-1 ultra-portable business laptop, that has been revealed on the PugetBench website.
Inside, the new MSI Summit E16 Flip EVO laptop can be configured with up to Intel's new Core i7-12700H processor (14 cores and 20 threads) with 45W TDP. The previous E16 Flip EVO laptop had LPDDR4X memory but the new version should be upgraded to LPDDR5-6400, which is a big deal for laptops.
But it gets even more interesting when it comes to the GPU department, where the MSI Summit E16 Flip EVO laptop has an Intel Arc Alchemist A370M mobile GPU, steering away from the previous E16 Flip EVO that used the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 family of GPUs.

Craob X: a new Alder Lake laptop without ANY ports on it at all
Craob X is a new concept laptop that has been teased as a totally portless laptop, that is also wirelessly charged -- check it out:
Inside, we have Intel's new 12th Gen Core "Alder Lake" CPU in the form of the Core i7-1280P processor, up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 2TB of PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD storage. As for the display, we have a 13.3-inch 4K display with Intel Iris Xe GPU and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. Once again, all wireless, without a single port to be seen.
There's a punch-hole camera on the 13.3-inch 4K+ bezel-less display, while an impressive magnetic charger will sit on the back of the Craob X laptop that will power the laptop -- as well as packing some USB Type-A and USB Type-C ports, Thunderbolt connectivity, MiniJack, SD card slot, and a charging port.

The new CyberPowerPC Tracer VI Edge Pro Liquid Cool gaming laptop packs a 15-inch 1440p 240Hz LED display, Intel's latest Core i9-12900HK processor, NVIDIA's latest GeForce RTX 30 series Laptop GPU, up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM, up to 2TB of NVMe M.2 SSD storage, 1 x HDMI 2.1, 3 x USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A, and 1 x USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C ports.
The company hasn't detailed which GPU will go into the liquid-cooled gaming laptop, but with an external liquid cooler, I would expect to only see NVIDIA's new flagship GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU with 16GB of GDDR6 memory. CyberPowerPC will have mean external reservoir that connects to 2 x quick-release connectors on the back of the laptop. The CPU and GPU temperature drops are massive... meaning you'll continue to hit max CPU and GPU clocks thanks to the chips running far cooler being cooled by water.

ASUS ROG Strix G17 gaming laptop: Ryzen 9 6900HX, GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
ASUS has unveiled their next-gen ROG Strix G17 gaming laptop, powered with AMD's very latest Ryzen 9 6900HX processor and NVIDIA's new flagship GeForce RTX 3080 TI Laptop GPU with 16GB of GDDR6 memory.
For the display ASUS has two options: 1080p @ 360Hz or 1440p @ 240Hz both with 3ms response, while there's up to 32GB of DDR5-4800 memory and PCIe 4.0 M.2 NVMe SSDs inside. ASUS is tapping the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU with 16GB of GDDR6 with a 150W TGP, a 20W increase in TGP over the previous-gen ROG Strix G17 laptop.
Not only that, but ASUS is using its MUX Switch technology that offers improved battery life, reduced latency, and increased performance by an average of 15% according to ASUS. Razer has just unleashed its next-gen Blade 17 gaming laptop, with the flagship model rocking Intel's latest Core i9-12900HK processor, and a huge 17.3-inch 4K 144Hz display.
The new Razer Blade 17 gaming laptop offers the display in multiple different resolutions and refresh rates, including 1080p, 1440p, and 4K as well as 144Hz through to 360Hz. Alienware has just unveiled its very latest m17 R5 AMD Edition gaming laptop, which has the title of being the world's most powerful 17-inch AMD Advantage laptop.
The new Alienware m17 R5 Edition gaming laptop launches alongside a smaller 15-inch cousin, while both rock AMD's latest Ryzen 6000 series mobile CPUs, topping out with the flagship Ryzen 9 6980HX processor. There's a huge 17.3-inch display with a few different resolutions and refresh rate configurations: 4K 120Hz, 1080p 360Hz, and 1080p 165Hz.

ASUS Zephyrus Duo 16: dual-display Mini-LED called 'Nebula HDR'
ASUS has introduced its next-gen Zephyrus Duo 16 dual-display laptop at CES 2022, with a brand new "Nebula HDR" display and Dual Spec panel. Check it out:
ASUS says that the "centerpiece of this flagship machine" is the mind-blowing Nebula HDR display, 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, Pantone Validation, high refresh rate, Adaptive-Sync and under 3ms response time. Better yet, we have a huge 1100-nit peak brightness, with 512 Mini-LED dimming zones that work with AUO's AMLED technology to "reduce haloing, thanks in part to a polling rate of 5400Hz. Vibrant, colorful images pop off the screen with more impact than any laptop gaming display before it".
The Nebula HDR panel offers two resolutions and refresh rates: 4K 120Hz and 1080p 240Hz, for the best of both worlds. The smaller second display is the 14.1-inch ROG ScreenPad Plus, which offers up to 3840x110 resolution and when powered with ScreenXpert, you've got tweaking through control software that lets you tweak your apps and windows across both displays of the Zephyrus Duo 16 laptop.

Acer Swift X 2022 laptop: the first with Intel's new Arc Alchemist GPU
Acer looks to be the first out of the gate with a new laptop that rocks Intel's upcoming Arc Alchemist GPU -- with our friends at VideoCardz exposing the new Acer Swift X laptop. Check it out:
The new Acer Swift X is a new ultra-thin 14-inch laptop that has some big upgrades inside: we're looking at probably seeing the Intel Alder Lake-P U28 CPU and Intel Arc DG2-128EU GPU. On the outside, Acer will reportedly be providing a second USB Type-C connector, which will be in replacement of the power plug -- while the fingerprint sensor, love it or hate it -- is missing from the new Acer Swift X laptop.
We will have all of the nitty-gritty details of Acer's new Swift X -- as well as the new Predator Helios 300, Predator Triton 500 SE, and Nitro 5 gaming laptops -- once they're all officially unveiled this week at CES 2022.

MSI's new Gaming, Creator laptops pack Intel + NVIDIA's latest chips
MSI has just unveiled its new Creator and Gaming series laptops, which include Intel's new 12th Gen Core "Alder Lake" CPUs and NVIDIA's about-to-be-announced GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU.
The new MSI Gaming series laptop offers a "significant performance improvement over previous models" thanks to a huge 30-45% increase in CPU performance with Intel's new Alder Lake CPUs. MSI is changing things up with a new thermal solution: the new Phase Change Liquid Metal Pad. MSI says that its in-house cooling will help "fully release the power of the new 12th Gen Intel processors. It provides a solution that is as efficient as liquid metal, but safer and more reliable".
MSI is providing both NVIDIA's new flagship GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU which packs 16GB of GDDR6 memory -- the fastest GDDR6 memory inside of a laptop. MSI notes that the new RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU has "higher performance than the desktop TITAN RTX". The company also has NVIDIA's new GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU on offer, which is up to 70% faster than the RTX 2070 SUPER.

Inside, the MSI Stealth GS77 gaming laptop uses the Intel Core i9-12900H processor from its new Alder Lake mobile CPU family, and up to 64GB of DDR5-4800 memory. There's a large 17-inch display that can be configured in 3 different ways: 1080p 360Hz, 1440p 240Hz, and 4K 120Hz -- 4K 120Hz will however require a hefty GPU -- so about that.
MSI is equipping its new flagship Stealth GS77 gaming laptop with NVIDIA's latest GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU, which packs 16GB of GDDR6 memory. There's an RGB gaming keyboard, USB 3.2 slots, Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, HDMI 2.1 connectivity, Intel Killer 2.5GbE networking, and it all comes in a form factor that weighs 2.8kg.

ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is the 'world's most powerful gaming tablet'
ASUS has just teased its interesting new ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet ahead of CES 2022 this week, powered with AMD's upcoming codename "Rembrandt" APU and packs support for external NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs.
The new ASUS ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet is an ultra-thin 13-inch gaming laptop that will pack one of AMD's new Ryzen 6000 series mobile CPUs, and will be the "world's most powerful gaming tablet" according to ASUS. The full reveal event happens on January 4 @ 11AM PST, where we'll get all the details on the new ROG Flow Z13.
But it should follow in the footsteps of its predecessor, the ASUS ROG Flow X13, which was powered by the AMD Ryzen 5000 series mobile CPUs at the time. The new AMD codename "Rembrandt" APU is launching this week at CES 2022, offering the latest Zen architecture, up to 8 cores and 16 threads at up to 5.0GHz, and made on TSMC's new 6nm process node.

Lenovo Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop: choice of Intel + AMD's new CPUs
We've already seen ASUS, GIGABYTE, and MSI with custom Intel 12th Gen Core "Alder Lake-P" processors teased ahead of CES 2022 -- and now it's time for Lenovo -- this time with the new Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop.
Lenovo is dropping the Y-shaped Legion logo on the lid with its new Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop, where the company is pimping its own gaming brand on the new Legion 15 Pro laptop -- like it does with the Legion 7. The new Legion 6 Pro gaming laptop should have a high-end display, as the original Legion 5 Pro has a 16-inch 16:10 panel with a 165Hz refresh.
We should see the new Legion 5 series starting out with Intel Core i7-12800H through to the AMD Ryzen 9 6800H, offering the best of each camp -- Intel's new Alder Lake CPUs and AMD's upcoming Rembrant chip. We should expect NVIDIA's new GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU inside, with a TGP of up to 140W.

AORUS 17 2022 gaming laptop: Core i9-12900HK + GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
GIGABYTE is set to launch a slew of new gaming laptops at CES 2022, powered by Intel's new 12th Gen Core "Alder Lake" CPUs and NVIDIA's latest GeForce RTX 30 Ti Laptop GPUs.
The company will be splitting its new gaming laptops into two categories: DDR4 and DDR5 models that will offer different CPU and GPU combos. The DDR4-based GIGABYTE 2022 AORUS gaming laptop packs up to the Intel Core i7-12700H processor, and NVIDIA's soon-to-be-released GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU.
However, the flagship DDR5-based model will have Intel's flagship Core i9-12900HK processor, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU with 105-130W TGP (depending on the model). Inside, the display should be gorgeous: a huge 17-inch Mini-LED display with a native 4K resolution and super-smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

MSI is set to unveil its new Crosshair 15/17 Rainbow Six Extraction Edition gaming laptops at CES 2022, but with leaks abound we have our first look courtesy of our friends at VideoCardz:
The new MSI Crosshair 15/17 Rainbow Six Extraction Edition gaming laptops will have Intel's latest 12th Gen Core CPUs and NVIDIA's latest flagship GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU inside. We should expect MSI to use Intel's flagship Core i9-12900HK processor, while the smaller 15-inch MSI Crosshair 15 Rainbow Six Extraction Edition gaming laptop will pack the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU, the bigger 17-inch Crosshair 17 packs the RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU.

LG's 'first gaming laptop' packs RTX 3080, 1080p 300Hz display
LG has just announced its "first gaming laptop" with the introduction of the new UltraGear 17G90Q, which packs some pretty beefy hardware that includes NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card.
Inside, LG's new UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop rocks Intel's 11th Gen Core "Tiger Lake-H" CPU (note: this is not the new Intel 12th Gen Core "Alder Lake"), up to 32GB of RAM, 1TB of SSD storage, and NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card.
For the display, LG has opted for a 1080p IPS display with a huge 300Hz refresh rate. There's a 93wH battery, RGB keyboard, a fingerprint sensor on the power button, and a 1080p webcam. LG has used a wicked purple/gray color that actually looks nice (at least from the pictures). There are 2 x USB-C ports (including 1 x USB 4.0 port), 2 x USB-A ports, 1 x 3.5mm headphone jack, a HDMI port, GbE ethernet, and a microSD card slot.

Eurocom Nightsky ARX315 laptop: 16C/32T CPU, 64GB RAM, 24TB SSD (!!!)
Eurocom has just announced its monster new laptop -- which is pretty much a huge desktop PC replacement -- with the launch of the new Nightsky ARX315 laptop.
The new Eurocom Nightsky ARX315 laptop can be configured with AMD's latest Zen 3-powered Ryzen 9 5950X processor (offering a huge 16 cores and 32 threads of CPU power). You can configure the laptop with the Ryzen 7 5600X (6C/12T), Ryzen 7 5800X (8C/16T), Ryzen 9 5900X (12C/24T) or the Ryzen 9 5950X (16C/32T).
Eurocom is using the AMD B550 chipset which has support for the fastest DDR4 memory and PCIe 4.0 -- important for super-fast NVMe SSDs and the very latest graphics cards. But the biggest thing that the AMD B550 chipset enables Eurocom to do, is that it is make it the world's first 15.6-inch "superlaptop" with support for desktop-ready AMD Ryzen 5000 series CPUs.
