Huawei quietly launches P10 Lite
After the P10 and P10 Plus, Huawei has unveiled a more affordable P-series member - P10 Lite.
The phone comes with 5.2-inch display and is powered by Kirin 658 chipset. The P10 Lite has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable with a microSD card.
The device features a 12MP main camera and 8MP selfie shooter. Other features include 3,000 mAh battery and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Galaxy S8 arrives in April, leaked poster confirms
Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy S8 and S8+ in just two weeks, and we have already seen numerous leaks about the specs and the design of the upcoming flagships.
Evan Blass recently revealed that the S8 duo will be released in the US on April 28th, a week later than expected.
The newest leak, Samsung's poster, confirms that the phones will hit global markets in April.

Google's next Pixel might come in three versions
Earlier this year, Google confirmed that the Pixel successor will come this year, although considering that the current Pixel was launched in October last year, we won't see its successor anytime soon.
What we know for sure about the upcoming Pixel is that the device will be more or less the same price as the original phone, meaning that we are looking at another premium device.
According to a new report, this year's Pixel might come in not two but three versions. Droid Life reports that Google is developing the devices under codenames "muskie," "walleye," and "taimen."

Samsung Galaxy S8 will shoot 1000 fps videos
Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy S8 and S8+ in just two weeks, and we have already seen numerous leaks about the specs and the design of the upcoming flagship.
According to the latest leak, Samsung will stick to the 12MP main camera but shoot up to 1000 fps videos.
The Korean company also reportedly added DRAM to enable the high framerates.

Samsung annonces Galaxy Tab S3 availability and price
Samsung introduced a 9.7-inch tablet, the Galaxy Tab S3, at this year's MWC in Barcelona.
The tablet, which comes with an S pen, will be available for pre-orders on March 17th with in-store availability starting on March 24th.
The Galaxy Tab S3 will be available at a price of $600 and in two colors - black and silver. You can also buy the keyboard cover separately for $130.

The LG G6 was recently announced in Barcelona during MWC, and the phone is already selling in the company's home country. The device should hit the US market on April 7th, and the Korean company has a special treat for early-adopters.
"For a limited time," if you buy an LG G6, you will also receive a free Google Home. Google Home is a nice cherry on top of the cake since the device itself costs $129.
Both the G6 and Google Home come with the Google Assistant built-in.

HTC teases a surprise announcement on March 20
HTC has started teasing their "unexpected" announcement scheduled for next week, March 20.
The teaser, published on their Facebook page, doesn't reveal much. The image attached to the post says "Spring is coming."
Of course, the most obvious announcement would be the HTC 11. The company has yet to unveil their new flagship powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835, and it is possible that they will introduce the device next week.

Xiaomi sells 1 million Redmi Note 4 devices in 45 days
Xiaomi has announced that the company sold 1 million Redmi Note 4 devices in 45 days in India, the fastest for any device sold in that country, or one device every four seconds.
The company has announced this news on their Facebook profile:
The Redmi Note 4 was launched in January. The phone has a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS LCD, and the design is completed with 2.5D curved glass. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 625 and comes in three variants: 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

Samsung's new Galaxy S8+ spotted in gold variant
Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are just weeks away, with various leaks teasing its slick style with barely any bezel - and its super powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor - but now, we're looking down the sights of the gold colored variant.
Someone has gotten their hands-on a purported Galaxy S8+ smartphone in gold, rocking a huge 6.2-inch display - while the Galaxy S8 will have a smaller 5.7-inch display, both not being that much larger thanks to the all-display front. There's no physical Home button on the Galaxy S8 and S8+, a reverse decision on the S7 and S7 edge with its physical Home button.
Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S8 later this month, with a full retail and shipping push in the third week of April.

Brazilian store sparks rumors about the purple Galaxy S8
Just last week we reported that the Galaxy S8 will come in a purple color, among others. The rumor was reported by leaker Roland Quandt, who has been quite reliable in the past.
Now, the Brazilian online store Submarino posted a poll on their website asking the visitors to choose their favorite color option for the upcoming flagship, and the colors are Black, Silver, and Amethyst. This probably confirms the rumors, and it will certainly be interesting to see the new color option for Samsung's devices.
Amethyst is a bit unusual, but that just might be a trend this year since Huawei introduced a not-so-typical green version of the P10 and P10 Plus.

Samsung to start the foldable phone production this year
A recent report has suggested that Samsung will start mass production of foldable smartphones in H2 2018. New rumors from Korea say that the company will reportedly start producing thousands of prototypes in Q3 this year.
This means that Samsung might show the first prototypes at IFA 2017 in Berlin, but have in mind those would be early prototypes. The company has already faced some challenges with the development of the foldable phones. The main reason for the delay is said to be technical issues involving a key component of foldable smartphones.
Samsung has already shown the foldable screen technology that has four different modes - rollable, bent, curved, and foldable.

Huawei to launch Honor V9 globally as Honor 8 Pro
Huawei unveiled the Honor V9 back in February, and on April 5th the company will launch the global version of the device under a name Honor 8 Pro.
According to the rumors, the specs of the phone will remain the same as the device that was already announced in China meaning we are looking at a 5.7-inch QHD display, dual 12MP+12MP camera, and Kirin 960 processor.
There should also be 6GB of RAM on board if the specs of the Honor 8 Pro remain the same as the ones of the Honor V9. You can also choose between 64GB and 128GB of internal storage with the V9, so the same is expected with the Honor 8 Pro.

Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 concept shows curved design
Back in October, Xiaomi announced their most ambitious phone so far - the Mi MIX. The device comes with an incredible 91.3 percent screen-to-body ratio, which the company says is the world's 1st.
Less than a four months after the launch, the company has confirmed that they are working on the Mi MIX successor. The news was confirmed by the company's CEO Lei Jun.
The company is reportedly aiming for 93 percent screen-to-body ratio this time, and it has been confirmed that Xiaomi is developing the phone with the help of French designer Philippe Starck, who worked on the design of the original Mi MIX.

LG G6 arrives in the US on April 7th
LG G6 was recently announced in Barcelona during MWC, and the phone is already selling in the company's home country. However, the device has yet to hit global markets as well.
According to famous leaker Evan Blass, the G6 will be launched in the US on April 7th. Blass posted the date on his Twitter along with the photo of the phones which show that date on their display.
Unfortunately, the Mystic White color won't be available in the US, just the Ice Platinum and Astro Black versions of the phone.

Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ design = no waste of bezel at all
Samsung is only a couple of weeks away from launching the Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones, which are sure to be some of the best-selling smartphones of 2017 - and now, we're getting a better look at the design of the new smartphone up against the previous Galaxy smartphones, and the current iPhones.
From left to right, we have the current iPhone 7 Plus, the upcoming Galaxy S8+ and S8, and iPhone 7. As you can see, the upcoming Galaxy S8+ and its massive 6.2-inch display will be in the same - if not slightly smaller size than the iPhone 7 Plus - which for its huge design, has only a 5.5-inch display. Apple has a huge chunk of bezel around both of its smartphones, while Samsung seems to be running away from the bezel with some beautifully designed smartphones.
Samsung is expected to reveal its next-gen Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ later this month, with a release of April 28.

BlackBerry Aurora becomes official
BlackBerry Aurora, the first device manufactured by BB Merah Putih, which holds the license for making, marketing, and selling BlacBerry-branded phones in Indonesia, had been officially announced.
The phone "is not only the first BlackBerry-branded device to ever be produced in Indonesia, but it is the first BlackBerry device in the world to be equipped with dual-SIM functionality," said Stanly Widjaja, Vice President BB Merah Putih.
The BlackBerry Aurora is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 425 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The 5.5-inch display phone sports a 13MP main camera and an 8MP selfie cam.

Huawei will announce the P11 at MWC 2018
Huawei P10 and P10 Plus have just been announced at MWC 2017, and it seems that the company has realized the potential of the show.

Nokia flagship with Snapdragon 835 arrives in June?
Nokia stole the entire show at MWC in Barcelona with the announcement of the modern version of the Nokia 3310. They also unveiled three Android smartphones, but there was no mention of their upcoming flagship.
However, Nokia is certainly working on their premium phone, and the new rumor suggests we would see the device in June. According to the rumor, Nokia will come in two versions - one with 4GB and the other one with 6GB of RAM, both powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
