Activision and Treyarch are only days away from unleashing the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 PC beta, and now we know what we'll need to run it - and the answer is: not much.

The COD: Black Ops 4 beta kicks off on the PC on August 10 for those who pre-ordered the game, and on August 11 for those who didn't. It's exclusive to Blizzard Battle.net, so you'll need to jump on there to get into it.

At a minimum, you'll require:

Minimum requirements:

  • OS: Windows 7 64-Bit or later
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k or AMD equivalent
  • RAM: 8GB RAM
  • Hard drive: 25GB HDD space
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB / GTX 1050 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850
  • DirectX: Version 11.0 compatible video card or equivalent
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

If you want to run things at higher resolutions, detail levels, or refresh rates there's some higher-end recommended requirements:

  • RAM: 12GB RAM
  • Hard drive: 25GB HDD space
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580
  • DirectX: Version 11.0 compatible video card or equivalent
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
