Respawn Entertainment have released more details on their upcoming mech-powered game Titanfall 2, which will now be launching on the PC alongside the Xbox One and PS4 versions on October 28.

The developer has released the official PC system requirements for Titanfall 2, with some high-end hardware required for Ultra details at 4K in order to hit 60FPS. Titanfall 2 Producer Drew McCoy said the minimum specifications of the Core i3-3600t or equivalent, 8GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB would run 1600x900 with most details enabled, at 60FPS.

Respawn also said that the PC version of Titanfall 2 will take advantage of the high-end monitors with 120/144Hz refresh rates, while gamepad support with multiple configurations and sensitivity options are on the table, as well as an anti-cheat system and more.

As for the graphical settings you can tweak in Titanfall 2, here's a list of options in the graphics settings menu:

  • Anti-Aliasing - None, TSAA, MSAA (2x, 4x, 8x)
  • Ambient Occlusion - Enabled, Disabled
  • Aspect Ratio - 4:3, 16:9, 16:10, 21:9
  • Brightness - Slider
  • Display Mode - Fullscreen, Windowed
  • Dynamic Spot Shadows - Enabled, Disabled
  • Effects Detail - Low, Medium, High
  • FOV - Slider
  • Impact Marks - Disabled, Low, High
  • Model Detail - Low, Medium, High
  • Ragdolls - Low, Medium, High
  • Spot Shadow Detail - Disabled, Low, High, Very High
  • Sun Shadow Detail - Disabled, Low, High, Very High
  • Texture Filtering - Bilinear, Trilinear, Anisotropic (2x, 4x, 8x, 16x)
  • Texture Quality - Low, Medium, High, Very High, Insane
  • V-Sync - V-Sync Disabled, Double buffered V-sync, Triple buffered V-Sync, NVIDIA Adaptive V-Sync, NVIDIA Adaptive Half-refresh V-Sync, Dynamic V-Sync

For those who want resolutions higher, you're going to need a pretty decent PC, with a GTX 1080 (no mention of AMD graphics cards for Ultra details at 4K 60FPS. The full system requirements:
