Intel's high-end Battlemage graphics card is still incoming according to the latest from the rumor mill.

That's the word from Dutch tech site Tweakers (as flagged by VideoCardz) which during Computex 2025, chatted to multiple sources familiar with what's going on at Intel, and apparently the Arc B770 flagship is still in the pipeline from Team Blue.

Seemingly Intel is looking at a launch in the second half of 2025 for the B770, with the expectation being that Q4 is the most likely release timeframe, assuming there isn't any slippage from where the company is currently at with the development of this GPU.
No specs are provided with this particular bit of spillage, which underlines the possibility that the Arc B770 is likely still some way off.
Rumors about this Battlemage GPU have been popping up with some regularity this year, including the possibility of a reveal at Computex, which obviously didn't happen.
Based on past rumors, the B770 might offer 32 Xe2 cores alongside 16GB of video RAM and a 256-bit memory bus. It'll join the B580 (and B570) which are well-liked boards in the affordable GPU space, providing a good alternative to plumping for an older RTX 4060 model (and for those who want a robust VRAM loadout at this price level).
The hope is the B770 will be similarly priced in terms of its value proposition, or perhaps even more aggressively targeted against AMD and NVIDIA. We shall see, but there's a long way to go yet in terms of whether this GPU even exists, although the constant chatter throughout this year is swaying me to believe that it might just do.
