The revelation of something unexpected has been unexpectedly moved to Wednesday, October 19th. Elon Musk informed the public on his Twitter that they need a "few more days of refinement." The Tesla Motors CEO gave no indication of what they might reveal, but there are many ideas floating around - from a finished Model 3 design to improved Autopilot software.

There is also a possibility they will announce their own AI/ML chip cause, as we reported, they recently hired another GPU engineer. The easy guess is that they are trying to build their own SoC to do what the Mobileye chip was previously doing and to possibly design their own chips to replace NVIDIA Tegra as well.

On top of that, Elon Musk will unveil new SolarCity's product on October 28th, a roof integrated with solar panels.
