The God of War release date is just over a month away and to get that hype train moving even faster than what it is already Santa Monica Studios has released a new TV commercial trailer showing the growth of Artreus.

We have seen a few different trailers for the upcoming God of War game, one of which was even featured on a NBA basketball court. More specifically though, the above video shows the progression of Artreus' confidence in battle, beginning with him struggling to deal the hand of death to even a basic animal.

We can see that through the short minute video, Artreus becomes quite a force of reckoning as he trains more and more with Kratos. It was a given that the son of Kratos would have somesort of abilities and we can see a quick example of that here, Artreus conjures the power of lightening.
