Previously, the Nintendo Wii held the ten-year record sales but now the Nintendo Switch has broken through that record with over 650,000 units sold in just the first year of the handheld console.

The sales of the Nintendo Switch is honestly shocking, the more games that debut to Nintendo's console the more of a steady incline the console sales could have. We now know that Super Smash Bros. is coming to the Nintendo Switch, so we could possibly see a slight increase in sales whenever Nintendo decide to release the brawler.
