Vivo, the company that recently launched the first smartphone with a fingerprint sensor embedded under the display, has released the successor to its X9.
The X9s is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 652 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It features a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED screen and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The phone comes with a 16MP rear camera and a dual front camera setup, 20MP + 5MP. Other features include a fingerprint sensor and a 3,320 mAh battery. The device is priced at $396.
Vivo has introduced another smartphone, with similar specs but a slightly bigger screen and battery. The X9s Plus features a 5.8-inch AMOLED display and is powered by Snapdragon 653. The phone has a 4,015 mAh battery, and the remaining specs are identical to the X9s' one. The device will come with a $440 price tag.
