Battlefield 6 is going to be one of the biggest games of 2026, and with its leaked PC system requirements seeing gamers require just 30GB of storage space... that is a surprising move in a world where Call of Duty can chew through an insane 300GB+ of storage.
The Battlefield 6 PC system requirements come from HyperPC picked up by @BattlefieldIntel on X, pointing towards only 30GB of storage, and pretty tame minimum system requirements of an Intel Core i5-8400 processor, 16GB of RAM, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
The recommended system requirements for Battlefield 6 are bumped up a bit, with an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, the same 16GB RAM, and a higher-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. However, the 4K Ultra requirements are pretty hardcore with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor, 32GB of RAM (that's not that bad), and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card.
Battlefield 6 is looking great so far, but personally, I'm not falling for the hype (and I'm not a pre-order-type of gamer anyway), but the PC system requirements at just 30GB seem pretty mind blowing to me. In a world where Call of Duty is re-skinned year after year, and it's blown out to 300GB+, then 30GB for a game full destructible environments and better graphics is a huge (good) tick in my book.
