TL;DR: WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is a Soulslike action-RPG set in a fantastical late Ming Dynasty, featuring Unreal Engine 5 visuals, cinematic storytelling, and fast-paced combat. It supports NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, delivering up to 5.9X performance boosts on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs for 4K gaming.

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is out this week, a new Soulslike action-RPG set in a fantastical version of the late Ming Dynasty. With impressive Unreal Engine 5-powered visuals, a cinematic story, and fast-paced combat, it's also launching with support for DLSS 4 With Multi Frame Generation for GeForce RTX gamers.

Running in 4K with max settings, DLSS 4 Super Resolution, Multi Frame Generation, and Reflex to lower latency, it runs at 312 FPS on the GeForce RTX 5090, 211 FPS on the GeForce RTX 5080, and 185 FPS on the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. NVIDIA's benchmarks indicate that DLSS 4 delivers a 5.9X increase in performance when playing the game in 4K, which suggests that WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is the latest PC release that pushes GPU hardware to its limits.

Dropping the resolution down to 1440p and the GeForce RTX 5070 hits 196 FPS with DLSS 4, while the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti hits 214 FPS at 1080p. For those with GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, Frame Generation is still available in 2X form to boost performance. At the same time, GeForce RTX 30 and 20 Series owners will have to make do with DLSS 4's new transformer-based Super Resolution upscaling.

Killing Floor 3, which is the latest installment in the popular co-op action-horror FPS series, is also out this week. With the action set 70 years after the events of Killing Floor 2, this time players will have to take on bio-engineered monsters and enemies in a more sci-fi-themed setting. It's also launching with DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation support, and NVIDIA Reflex technology for lowering latency.

The First Descendant, the free-to-play third-person Destiny-like looter shooter, is set to kick off Season 3 "Breakthrough" in August. In addition to new areas to explore, the introduction of hoverbikes, and a crossover with NieR: Automata, it also introduces native support for DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation.

Rounding out the DLSS announcements this week is Moonshot Games and Dreamhaven's Wildgate, a new PvP action-shooter from ex-Blizzard developers and founders. Matches include ship-to-ship combat and fast-paced first-person action, and it's available now to play with DLSS 4's new Super Resolution for enhancing image quality and boosting performance.
