AMD's new Strix Halo APUs have only been released inside of high-end laptops and Mini-PC systems so far, with the new Strix Halo APU featuring 16 cores and 32 threads of Zen 5 processing power, enhanced RDNA 3.5-based integrated graphics with the Radeon 8060S GPU with up to 40 GPU cores, and support for up to 128GB of RAM.

SIXUNITED is a Chinese ODM that has just unveiled its new Mini-ITX motherboard with the Strix Halo APU ready with a non-socketed design that allows builders to choose between three different Ryzen AI Max series processors, with TDPs of between 45W and 120W.

The company ships its new STHT1 Mini-ITX motherboard with up to 128GB of LPDDR5X-8000 memory soldered onto the motherboard, with the 128GB of RAM pool feeding the Strix Halo APU and its CPU, GPU, and NPU. There's a lot of high-end I/O on the board as well, with dual Gen4 SSD slots, an M.2 2230 socket that supports Wi-Fi modules, HDMI 2.1 output, user-selectable DisplayPort, VGA, or COM output, dual USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, USB 3.2 Gen1, and USB 2.0 ports.

We've also got 1GbE Ethernet, audio jacks, and a robust 16-phase voltage regulator module that takes care of powering the SoC, as well as a 4+1-phase arrangement for auxiliary components. The PCB measures in at 170x170mm, uses a regular 4-pin ATX power connector, and a 19V DC-in plug.
