If you are a fan of the Mount & Blade series you are no doubt looking forward to the release of Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. Luckily, developers TaleWorlds have released a brand new developers blog which gives some insight into what to expect from the new title. According to the blog post, the developers have improved the fluidity between the early to mid to late game experience.

As players climb the ranks and plunder in experience, wealth and prestige a brand new screen has been implemented to track your successes. Within this screen players will be able to jump between four tabs: Clans, Fiefs, Policies and Armies. Within each of these tabs is all the respective information needed for players to make well informed decisions to further both their progress as well as their kingdom. At the moment there is no official release date for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord but as soon as there is one announced we will be sure to update you.

Below I have compiled each of the images and the categories for their descriptions from the official Steam blog post which can be found here.

Clans:

The Clans tab shows detailed information about every clan that is a member of the faction. This information includes the clan name, banner, influence, members and fiefs. In this screen, you can lend your support for one of the clans to become the leader of the faction or initiate a vote to have a clan expelled from the kingdom.

The Policies tab allows players to propose new policies or initiate a vote to repeal existing ones. Policies affect the entire kingdom and range from laws which give greater protections to vassals or transfer more power to the ruler.

Armies:

Finally, we have the Armies tab. This tab lets you create and manage different armies within your faction. The screen gives you a detailed breakdown of each army, including the lords that comprise the army, the strength and cohesion of the army, and the army's current objective. Faction leaders are able to assign objectives to the armies through this tab, giving players greater control over the strategic aspects of warfare in the game.

Jak joined the TweakTown team in 2017 and has since reviewed 100s of new tech products and kept us informed daily on the latest science, space, and artificial intelligence news. Jak's love for science, space, and technology, and, more specifically, PC gaming, began at 10 years old. It was the day his dad showed him how to play Age of Empires on an old Compaq PC. Ever since that day, Jak fell in love with games and the progression of the technology industry in all its forms. Instead of typical FPS, Jak holds a very special spot in his heart for RTS games.
