It isn't very often that we get to talk about a new player in the graphics card market, but today we have a new contender.

New ATI GPU Company Pops Up: VTX



VTX is a new ATI graphics card company built by TUL, a company most known for their company Powercolor. VTX plans on pricing their cards very competitively.

TechPowerUp says that VTX will be using custom PCB designs to reduce the cost of the cards. Initially the company will focus on markeys like Russia and Turkey before expanding elsewhere.
