Ever wondered what it would be like to break into a hostage situation as a SWAT soldier? Well, now there is an entire game based around just that, as VOID Interactive showcases their upcoming title in a new pre-order trailer.

VOID Interactive has introduced 'Ready or Not', a new first person shooter that allows for the player to step into the shoes of a SWAT soldier. Players will be able to slap the boots on and become commander that is thrown into scenarios such as intense hostage situations, break and entries, take-overs and more. Players will also have the ability to select a different set of weapons and equipment before each mission.

The use of these objects will tie into the fact that players can create a different strategy of completion for every mission. An example of this would be choosing to cut the lights of a building and slipping in under the cover of dark with night vision goggles. Players should also note that bullets will be able to penetrate through surfaces depending on the thickness and material of the surface it is colliding with, while also taking into account of the speed of which the bullet is traveling. Alpha access will be available on August 2019 and the full games release date is planned for June of 2020. For more information, or to pre-order the game head on over to the official VOID website here.
