Dell has just announced the new Alienware m15, the latest in their growing line up for super-powered gaming notebooks with the new Alienware m15 being the smallest 15-inch gaming notebook Dell has ever made.

The new Alienware m15 can be configured with either an Intel Core i5-8500H or Core i7-8750H, with Dell offering an overclocked GeForce GTX 1060 or a higher-end GTX 1070 Max-Q. There will be a few different LCD configurations with 1080p 60Hz display with a TN panel while an IPS panel powers the 1080p 144Hz version of the Alienware m15 laptop. Dell will also offer a 4K 60Hz IPS panel, but none of them support G-Sync unfortunately.

Inside, there's up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM, dual storage options for a 1TB SSD and 1TB HDD. There's also Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 Type-A ports, Thunderbolt 3, HDMI 2.0 and even mini DisplayPort 1.3 connectivity.

Dell's new Alienware m15 laptop starts at $1299 and will be available starting October 25.
