The new OneXPlayer Super X gaming tablet has been unveiled, with the AMD Strix Halo APU-powered ASUS ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet competitor packing some serious hardware inside.
OneNetbook announced its new gaming tablet is powered by AMD's flagship Ryzen AI Max+ 395 "Strix Halo" APU with its 16 cores and 32 threads with 120W of power at the ready, an RDNA 3.5-based Radeon 8060S integrated GPU that the company says provides RTX 4060 Ti and beyond gaming power, and an OLED display.
The new OneXPlayer Super X gaming tablet features a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display with a built-in kickstand and support for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology. The company looks to be using a CNC-milled aluminum chassis that's 12.5mm thick, with the gaming slate packing up to 128GB of LPDDR5X memory with a 83.5 Wh battery.
The company says that we'll get more details on the new Strix Halo APU-powered OneXPlayer Super X gaming tablet in the near future, with its clear competitors being the likes of the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet which features the same 16C/32T Strix Halo APU and similar specs.
We don't have any pricing details to share just yet, but we wouldn't be surprised if it comes in at about the same price as the ASUS ROG Flow X13 gaming tablet. Once pricing and more detailed specifications have been unveiled, we'll be sure to update you.
