Information about the upcoming C750 from Dopod, now a part of HTC, has made its way online and it looks like a rather clever slider. Our favorite feature has to be the 2.6-inch 480x640 display, as it's about time Windows Mobile devices get an upgrade from the pesky 240x320 displays that so many of them rely upon. It's just a shame that it's still stuck on 65,000 colours, but we guess you can't have it all at once.

It seems like the C750 has been given another new feature as well, as it has a QWERTY keyboard in the style of the Blackberry Pearl or the Sony Ericsson M600i. We don't know how it works and it's not easy to tell from the pictures either.

It's powered by a Texas Instruments OMAP 850 CPU which is clocked at 201MHz, this feels a bit last generation for us though. There was no mention of how much RAM or ROM it will ship with, but we'd expect to see 128MB or more ROM, due to the size that Windows Mobile 6 takes up. The C750 will ship with the standard version of the operating system which means that it's not a touch screen device.

It also seems to lack 3G connectivity, or at least video calling capability due to the lack of a front mounted camera. It has a standard rear mounted 2 megapixel camera and it's also got stereo speakers. A mini USB connector and a microSD card slot are also part of the specs. Apparently it should arrive some time in Novemeber.
