Porsche is a company you wouldn't associate with gaming displays, but the company has just announced it has teamed with AOC on a couple of new displays that are powered by a single cable. Instead of both a display cable (either HDMI or DisplayPort) and power cable, these new displays only require a single cable.
AOC teamed with Studio F.A. Porsche on two single-cable displays, with the 24-inch PDS241 and the 27-inch PDS271. The design on the displays is sleek as well, as it's just 5.2mm deep - thicker at the bottom to hold all of the electronics, obviously. AOC and Porsche includes a connected breakout box that features the HDMI port and power connector, with the display arriving in a silver theme.
The new single-cable monitors sell for $199.99 and $249.99 for the 24-inch and 27-inch monitors, respectively, with both of them hitting Amazon on July 24.
