AMD is expected to launch its new Radeon graphics card in 2020, with Guru3D reporting that the next-gen RDNA2 architecture will launch in 2020 according to a new roadmap.

The new roadmap shows Zen 3 as well as Zen 4, with AMD notinc that the Zen 3 artchitecture design is complete and will ship on 7nm+, while the Zen 4 is "in design" and will arrive in 2021.

As for RDNA2 we should expect it in 2020 with AMD currently still designing it, with RDNA2-based Radeon graphics cards launching on the 7nm+ node as well. The current flock of Ryzen 3000 series CPU and Radeon RX 5700 series GPUs are on 7nm.
