LG adds NVIDIA G-Sync tech into its 2019 OLED TVs
LG will push firmware updates out for its 2019 OLED TVs adding NVIDIA G-Sync support.
LG will be pushing out a new firmware update for its 2019 OLED TVs in the coming weeks, something that will add NVIDIA G-Sync support.
The new firmware update will be compatible with LG 2019 OLED TVs including both the E9 and C9 series TVs in 55, 65, and 77 inches. LG includes HDMI 2.1 connectivity, variable refresh rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) on its 2019 OLED TVs, so adding in NVIDIA G-Sync smooths out the gaming experience even more.
NVIDIA marketing executive Matt Wuebbling explains: "We are excited to bring G-SYNC Compatible support to LG's 2019 OLED TVs and HDMI Variable Refresh Rate support to our GeForce RTX 20-Series GPUs".
