EA have announced a new way to get your battlepacks in Battlefield 1. That is purchasing them with real money.

Here's the full price list, found by VG24/7.com:
- 1 x Battlepacks: $1.99 / £1.59 / EUR 1.99
- 3 x Battlepacks: $5.49 / £4.39 / EUR 5.49
- 5 x Battlepacks: $8.99 / £7.19 / EUR 8.99
- 10 x Battlepacks: $16.99 / £13.59 / EUR 16.99
- 20 x Battlepacks: $29.99 / £23.99 / EUR 29.99
You can only buy the normal Battlepacks or obtain them like usual after a match as the Enhanced and Superior versions can only be obtained via Scraps. The Enhanced and Superior battlepacks will only guarantee a weapon skin of a certain rarity.

EA promised that Battlepacks will only offer cosmetic items and that they will not affect the gameplay. We noticed a similar practice with Titanfall 2 DLC but there's a clear advantage to the latter: no RNG, you buy what you want with the new in-game shop, coming up in its first DLC.
