THQ Nordic is taking care of the PC distribution of Quantum Break, saying that "additional time required for mastering and manufacturing" is the reason behind the delay.

Quantum Break is still on the Windows Store if you're running Windows 10 - but with various issues surrounding performance and more, I don't know why you'd dive into it right now. The Steam version of Quantum Break will work on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, too.
