Although specific dates, pricing, and even in-depth performance targets are still TBC, NVIDIA has released its first RTX Spark 'Developer Preview' driver so that developers can start porting their apps to Windows on Arm.

This release also coincides with the CUDA 13.4 Toolkit, which adds "Native Windows Arm64 development for the upcoming RTX Spark device" and "Cross-compiling Windows Arm64 CUDA applications using the Windows x86_64 Toolkit." With the preview, which includes both drivers and CUDA, developers can build and test applications running on RTX Spark-powered Windows on Arm devices, including both functionality and performance.
