'Minority Report' TV show reveals first trailer

Based on the 2002 Spielberg/Cruise sci-fi classic.

The Fox Network have announced their lineup for the 2016 season, including the return of 'The X-Files' and amongst new shows such as Seth McFarlane's 'Bordertown' and returning series such as 'American Idol' and 'The Simpsons' is an intriguing sequel to the 2002 sci-fi classic 'Minority Report' from Steven Spielberg.

According to ComingSoon, 'Minority Report' is set in 20165 - 10 years after the events of the feature film, with the pre-crime division having been dismantled and new crime-solving technologies developed to fill the breach. But one pre-cog - Dash (Stark Sands) quietly returns to assist police detective, Lara Vega (Meagan Good) to prevent crimes before they happen.

'Minority Report' premieres in 2016, with a date yet to be finalised.
