The cooler uses a 394 x 119.6 x 27.2mm aluminum radiator connected to the pump through reinforced 400mm sleeved rubber tubing. Its three 120mm ARGB fans are pre-installed in an integrated assembly, reducing the number of separate mounting and cable-management steps required during installation.

The fans operate between 650 and 2600 RPM and are rated for up to 90.78 CFM of airflow and 3.82 mmH2O of static pressure. Anti-vibration rubber helps limit resonance against the radiator and chassis, while PWM control allows fan speed to respond dynamically to system temperatures. ASUS has upgraded the pump with a three-phase, six-slot, four-pole motor design intended to improve efficiency, durability, and operating noise. The copper CPU contact plate arrives with thermal compound pre-applied, reducing the number of steps required when installing the cooler.

The pump housing features Aura-compatible ARGB lighting with the TUF Gaming emblem. Its white radiator, fans, tubing, and pump housing make it a natural visual match for the B850-PRO WIFI7 W NEO. Compatibility includes Intel LGA 1851, 1700, and 1200 sockets, along with AMD AM5 and AM4. ASUS backs the cooler with a six-year warranty.
