Competitive esports gamers may need to get their drool rags out for this one, as the world's first 750Hz refresh rate gaming monitor has been launched.

Yes, that figure is real. A 750Hz gaming monitor has been launched by HKC, and it's specifically named the Ant esports ANT257PF. During CES earlier this year, Koorui announced the G7, a 750Hz refresh rate TN panel gaming monitor. However, that monitor has yet to be released, meaning HKC has swooped in to be crowned the world's first for the 750Hz specification.
The ANT257PF measures at 24.5 inches and features a Fast TN panel at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (FHD). As you can probably imagine, with such an intense refresh rate, and not to mention the name of the product, HKC is aiming the ANT257PF specifically at esports gamers, who are gamers that are playing titles such as League of Legends, Counter-Strike 21, Valorant, and Rocket League.
As for other specifications, the ANT257PF features a 0.8 ms GtG response time, a peak brightness of 400 nits, and coverage of 95% DCI-P3 and 99% sRGB. Connectivity options include 2x HDMI 2.1 ports, 1x DisplayPort 1.4, and 1x 3.5mm headphone jack. The ANT257PF will become available to purchase on August 19, and there will be an auction held on JD.com where the opening bid will begin at 1 yuan.
The retail version of the ANT257PF will be priced around 7,999 yuan, or approximately $1,115. What is interesting is that Koorui is a subsidiary of HKC, with both companies using the same panels supplied by vendors such as BOE, AU Optronics, or Innolux.
