FMS: the Future of Memory and Storage is kicking off this week at the Santa Clara Convention Center, and KIOXIA will once again be on hand to showcase and demonstrate its latest breakthroughs and readily available solutions for scalable and efficient AI.

At FMS 2025, KIOXIA will be demonstrating its new LC9 Series, which includes the industry's first 245.76 TB NVMe SSD as part of a Dell PowerEdge 7715 system. The company will also be displaying its next-generation BiCS FLASH generation 9 and generation 10 3D Flash Memory technology, alongside its current BiCS FLASH
generation 8-powered devices.
KIOXIA's BiCS FLASH generation 9 memory utilizes 1 terabit (Tb) 3bit/cell technology with CBA (CMOS directly Bonded to Array) architecture, and is designed for speed and power-efficient AI systems, while generation 10 is all about cutting-edge performance.
At FMS: the Future of Memory and Storage, KIOXIA will also be giving a keynote presentation alongside hosting several educational sessions covering topics like "Optimize AI Infrastructure Investments with Flash Memory Technology and Storage Solutions" and "Memory and Storage Scaling for AI Inferencing." KIOXIA's two-story booth (#307) also features ten separate exhibits covering everything mentioned so far, as well as various AI training, optimization, and performance demonstrations.
"AI is redefining data infrastructure - and KIOXIA is transforming storage to match," said Scott Nelson, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for KIOXIA America, Inc. "As a pioneer in flash memory, KIOXIA is leading the way with scalable, high-performance solutions purpose-built for AI. Our latest BiCS FLASH technology - featuring a 32-die stack QLC architecture and innovative CBA technology - delivers an industry-first 8TB per chip package. This milestone sets a new standard for the performance, scale, and efficiency required to support next-generation AI workloads."
