It looks like we can expect an open beta of Battlefield 6 in the near future, as news of the open beta has been revealed in a recent data mining expedition.

Insider Gaming reports that "something major is brewing" for Battlefield 6, with mentions of an "open beta" being discovered in a new data mine. The information emerged from the 1BF Telegram Group, which is known for its data mining operations related to Battlefield Labs.
The group found the phrase "Battlefield 6 Open Beta" had been added to the latest client update to BF Labs, with new further information provided, leading gamers to believe that a huge open beta for Battlefield 6 is being planned.
Battlefield 6 needs all of the hype it can get, so a public open beta would be the perfect way to have gamers experience the game for themselves, and find out if it is indeed worth the hype (and their money). This would give us the chance to play around with all of the new features, weapons, vehicles, and my personal favorite: the destructible environments.
In recent Battlefield 6 news, we found out that the game has passed an insane $400 million in budget, and that the developers are aiming for over 100 million players when the game goes live in 2026. We're not going to see 100M+ players in Battlefield 6 if the game isn't up to scratch, so an open beta would be the perfect way to see its potential.
