Computex 2025 is officially underway, and ASUS has kicked things off with the world's fastest esports gaming monitor, the ROG Strix Ace XG248QSG, a 24.1-inch Super TN panel that boasts an insane 610 Hz refresh rate with 0.1ms response time.
The new monitor is designed for esports gamers and comes with ELMB 2 for enhanced motion blur reduction in full screen, while offering 3X increased brightness. According to ASUS, the ROG Strix ACE XG248QSG has a typical brightness of 350 nits.
ASUS is concentrating on reducing input lag, and with its latest monitor, it includes GameFast technology that delivers a ridiculously low input lag of 0.8ms, 2.25 times faster than the competition within the same category.
In addition to these blistering fast specifications, ASUS has equipped the ROG Strix Ace XG248QSG with a suite of ROG gaming AI technology, such as AI visual dynamic shadow boost and dynamic crosshair, to improve the user experience in gaming, particularly esports gamers. Another big point ASUS informed me of is the stand on the XG248QSG, with the company saying it has redesigned the stand to free up more space for keyboards and mice.
