NVIDIA DLSS is now available in 769 apps and games, making it a key technology in most PC games, not just those with ray-tracing effects. With the arrival of the GeForce RTX 50 Series of GPUs this year, NVIDIA introduced DLSS 4, which improves image quality by implementing a brand-new complex AI transformer model. DLSS is both forward and backward compatible, so DLSS 4 support is already available in over 100 games.

DLSS is more than Super Resolution as it also includes DLSS Frame Generation and Multi Frame Generation - the latter is exclusive to the new GeForce RTX 50 Series. This week, NVIDIA announced that seven new games are getting DLSS, including The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, which includes support for DLSS 4.
DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation is also available in Steel Seed, a brand-new stealth-action adventure set in a sci-fi world. It's the second game from the indie studio behind the acclaimed Close to the Sun, and it's a notable departure thanks to Steel Seed's blend of fast-paced combat and stealth mechanics. For a closer look at the action, check out the trailer below.
In addition to the surprise Oblivion Remastered release, the other big RPG dropping this week is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - a new entry inspired by classic turn-based Eastern RPGs. This one features some truly impressive art direction and visuals, and on PC will support DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA on day one.
Next up is Tempest Rising, a new real-time strategy (RTS) game from Slipgate Ironworks that channels the gameplay that ruled the day in the late 1990s. There are definite shades of Command & Conquer here, with the action taking place in a post-nuclear world amid all-out war. This one has a single-player campaign and multiplayer, and there's support for both DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS Frame Generation to boost performance.
The Talos Principle: Reawakened is another new(ish) release, a definitive edition of Croteam and Devolver Digital's first-person puzzle game. The remastered visuals include impressive new ray-traced lighting effects, bolstered by support for DLSS Frame Generation and DLSS Super Resolution (including DLSS 4's AI transformer model). RuneScape: Dragonwilds, available in Early Access, is another DLSS-ready title supporting DLSS Super Resolution, DLAA, and Frame Generation. And finally, rounding out the list is Commandos: Origins, a new entry in the iconic isometric tactical series, which now includes support for DLSS Super Resolution. Check out the trailers for these below.
