Taipei, Taiwan, 17 September 2019 -Continuing our everlasting commitment to quality, ASUSTOR would like to remind the public that we take data security very seriously and although recent media reports may suggest design flaws in Apollo Lake processors, ASUSTOR products featuring Apollo Lake processors are unaffected due to having been engineered with extra circuit protections and strict adherence to vendor design guidelines. ASUSTOR internal testing has not found evidence of premature failure and continues to work with the vendor in order to ensure the highest build quality of any NAS manufacturer.
