Microsoft will be adding another classic game to their Xbox Games Pass service, 'Minecraft' will become available for free for subscribers on April 4th, 2019.

The announcement was recently done through the Inside Xbox live stream and revealed that Minecraft will be joining the already fantastic library of quality games found on the Xbox Games Pass. Minecraft will be accompanying other titles such as; Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Shadow of Mordor, Saints Row: The Third, The Walking Dead, ARK: Survival Evolved, Mortal Kombat X and Sea of Thieves.

At the moment Minecraft manages to pull in around 91 million active users each month, and now that the title is about to debut to the Xbox Games Pass I wouldn't be surprised if that figure managed to get to around 100 million. If you are interested in what other games that are free once you subscribe to the Xbox Games Pass, check out the official listing for all of the available titles here.
