Today they'll finally get their wish. Dark Souls 3 is slated to launch simultaneously on Steam as early as 3:00 pm PST, so you'll definitely want to start pre-loading to prepare for the release.
While it's true Dark Souls 3 has had some frame rate troubles on other platforms, From Software has confirmed that it will run up to 60FPS on PC. Here's when you can start playing Dark Souls 3 on Steam:
