Last year we saw DOOM brought to the Nintendo Switch, this was the first time the series was ported to a Nintendo platform in almost 20 years, now we are about to see DOOM 3 and DOOM 64 brought to the hand-held console.

Hackers that are working on the open source code of DOOM 3 that was released by id Software in 2011, on their Twitter page they have released a image of DOOM 3 running on the Nintendo Switch, it can be found below.

It should be noted that if anyone decides to brick their Nintendo Switch are doing it at their own potential peril as there can be a chance of permanent damage to the device.

Jak's love for technology, and, more specifically, PC gaming, began at 10 years old. It was the day his dad showed him how to play Age of Empires on an old Compaq PC. Ever since that day, Jak fell in love with games and the progression of the technology industry in all its forms. Instead of typical FPS, Jak holds a very special spot in his heart for RTS games.
