It was only a matter of time until PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds hit the 1 million concurrent users, September 9 saw a record high of 1,028,275 players online at once. Knocking off the previous king of Steam, Valve's Dota 2 for the day. Today has seen PUBG fall short of only 183,959 concurrent users on Dota 2's record of 1,295,114 users online at once. Let's face it, it's a question of when, not if, PUBG will break Dota 2's record.
