A massive 192GB collection of GTA 5 and GTA 6 development material has surfaced online, revealing canceled expansions, cut missions, and early map assets that can be traced back to Rockstar Games' infamous 2022 data breach, widely cited as the first major leaked look at the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6.

According to Insider Gaming, the files aren't from a new Rockstar hack. Instead, they were reportedly obtained during the same 2022 breach that resulted in around 90 GTA 6 development videos appearing online. The additional data had apparently circulated among a small number of people before spreading more widely in recent months, and people are still digging through the files even now, hence these recent discoveries.

Among the discoveries is data pointing toward Rockstar's canceled Liberty City expansion for GTA 5. Files imported into the CodeWalker map editor reveal an outline of a potential Liberty City map that appears larger than the version in GTA 4, along with terrain-testing data.

The leak also contains assets from the canceled Agent Trevor single-player DLC, including a spaceship location, spacesuits, and a large underground area beneath a mansion. Cut mission names and dialogue have also surfaced, including an earlier version of GTA 5's Option A ending in which Trevor crashes into a tank of liquid nitrogen, freezes, and shatters.

The archive also contains early GTA 6 map assets, though Insider Gaming describes them as low-quality renders resembling locations shown in Rockstar's official material.
