TL;DR: AMD's Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX, featuring 96 cores and 192 threads, was overclocked to 4.9GHz using innovative cooling with BMW M4 and Toyota Highlander radiators. This setup outperforms traditional AIO coolers, achieving 187,153 Cinebench points while consuming over 2000W under heavy load.

AMD's brand new Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX processor has been overclocked to 4.9GHz on all CPU cores using an interesting method of cooling: BMW's M4 radiator (yeah from the car) and a Toyota Highlander radiator fan (also from the car).

The new Zen 5-based Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX processor features 96 cores and 192 threads of processing power, and is capable of consuming over 1000W of power with manual overclocking and tweaking, leading a tech YouTuber to use the BMW M4 radiator and Toyota Highlander radiator fan to keep things much cooler than a high-end AIO cooler.

Car radiators are much bigger than any traditional AIO radiator, where they're not limited to the constraints of 360mm or even a bigger 420mm in size, with their pumps capable of pumping far more liquid per second which increases the cooling process. Geekerwan used the M4 radiator from his personal BMW, which is one of the best-performing radiators on the market.

The huge 600 x 350mm radiator was then installed onto the AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX processor, and with its nearly 5x bigger surface area of a 360mm radiator, all 96 cores reached 4.9GHz.

The pump on the BMW M4 radiator has a flow rate of around 1200 liters per hour, which is an insane 10x the flow rate of a high-end 360mm AIO radiator. In order to cool down the larger radiator, you'd need some huge fans and even 200mm PC fans aren't up to the job. This is where Geekerwan used Toyota Highlander's 300mm fans which are rated at 100W, pumping some serious airflow into the CPU.

AMD's new Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX was overclocked to 4.9GHz on all cores which delivered a huge Cinebench R24 result of 187,153 points in its multi-core test. It's not near the world record, which used LN2 cooling to push past all boundaries, but the all-core clock sat at 5.8GHz which is impressive enough.

What about power consumption? Geekerwan's overclocked and interestingly-cooled rig saw the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX processor to over 2000W, twice the power consumption of the LN2-cooled 9995WX.
