Barcelona - 8th February 2019 - Since December 2017 Xbox One fans all around the world have been enjoying Hammerwatch couch coop in anticipation of the online update.
Today, with Hammerwatch launching in the Oceania region and the online update going live worldwide, players of Australia and New Zealand will be able to join their international peers and play together using any combination of local and online players!
Hammerwatch online multiplayer is already available for Nintendo Switch and BlitWorks confirmed the PS4 online patch is on its way.

Hammerwatch presents 7 character classes that represent the good old roles of pen and paper dungeon crawlers, the Paladin, shield of their companions, the Wizard, purifying fire DPS, the Ranger, death from distance, the Warlock, electrifying power, the Thief, stealth and mobility, the Priest, the good healer and the Sorcerer, chilling AoE attacks.

Crackshell was started in 2013 when Jochum "Hipshot" Skoglund and Niklas "Myran" Myrberg started developing the first Hammerwatch game. After the Sun Temple expansion to Hammerwatch, Serious Sam's Bogus Detour was released in the summer of 2017 together with Devolver and Croteam. Today the company consists of 5 people, with office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Based in Barcelona and founded in 2012, BlitWorks is a porting and digital publishing studio notorious for the outstanding quality of its ports. Recent works include the conversion of acclaimed games such as Sonic CD, Jet Set Radio, FEZ, Spelunky, Bastion and Don't Starve to all brands of consoles and mobile platforms.
