Sea of Thieves has rolled out a new free content update and after the teasing of The Hungering Deep patch the developer has debuted patch 1.1.0 to the live servers.

Rare has rolled out the new update which will give players an opportunity to discover the mysteries of the Megalodon, a new AI enemy that players will have to work together to tackle and beat.

Rare has given players some more tools so they have a chance against the new enemy, flags and speaking trumpets have been added so pirates alike can "signal your intent to attack or ally with other crews."
