MANLI has dropped a rare, premium RTX 5080 OC 16GB to celebrate 30 years in the GPU business, and it's anything but subtle.
The 30th-anniversary edition ships with a 400W TGP, 2730MHz boost clock, up from the 2670MHz boost clock on the MANLI RTX 5080 Gallardo OC. The new card features a forged carbon-fiber cover, wrapped in a design clearly meant to stand out. While the design is certainly eye-catching, the price will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, as MANLI has listed the premium RTX 5080 at 16,599 RMB, which converts to approximately $2,473.
The card is limited to 500 units globally, and the 16,599 RMB Chinese price tag is exactly double the MSRP the RTX 5080 launched at. It uses an 18+3 phase power design, ten 8mm heat pipes, and a vapor chamber for cooling. MANLI also integrated its second-generation DRS airflow system and added a decorative front panel, orientation sensor, and support for its MIE control system. The retail bundle includes a GPU stand, power adapter, and smart control terminal.

This is a China-only launch so far. With no Western press release and a sky-high price, it's unlikely to reach wider markets and will likely only fall into select hands. While the price is ridiculous, the specs do speak for themselves; this is one of the most aggressively tuned 5080s we've seen. This RTX 5080 will likely remain a collectible for now, and considering the price of GPUs in general, it seems even normal GPUs are slowly becoming collectibles as their prices continue to increase.
