  • MONTECH NX400 Black - a compact single-tower CPU air cooler with four heat pipes, a 52-fin heatsink, a 28mm-thick E28 PWM fan, fluid dynamic bearing, up to 85.09 CFM airflow, and support for modern Intel and AMD sockets. View it on Amazon
  • MONTECH NX400 White - the white version of MONTECH's streamlined single-tower cooler, combining the same four-heat-pipe design, high-density fin stack, high-static-pressure E28 PWM fan, and broad CPU socket compatibility with an all-white finish. View it on Amazon
  • MONTECH NX600 Black - a larger dual-tower air cooler with six heat pipes, a flat copper base, two 28mm E28 PWM fans, dual fin stacks, up to 85.09 CFM airflow per fan, and support for current Intel and AMD platforms. View it on Amazon
  • MONTECH NX600 White - the white version of MONTECH's dual-tower cooler, featuring six heat pipes, two high-performance PWM fans, a substantial dual-fin-stack design, and a clean top cover for a more polished white PC build. View it on Amazon

The MONTECH NX400 is designed as a compact single-tower cooler for builders who want strong air-cooling performance without committing to a particularly large heatsink. Its heatsink uses 52 fins aligned with four heat pipes to move heat away from the processor while maintaining a relatively streamlined 120 x 74 x 156mm footprint.

MONTECH's E28 PWM fan handles cooling, using a thicker 28mm design to generate additional static pressure through the dense fin stack. It operates between 800 and 2000 RPM and is rated for up to 85.09 CFM of airflow and 3.35 mmH2O of static pressure. The fan also uses a fluid dynamic bearing and detachable corner-covered footpads designed to reduce vibration. MONTECH finishes the cooler with a striped top cover that hides much of the underlying heatsink structure and gives both the black and white models a cleaner appearance.

Compatibility covers Intel LGA 115X, 1200, 1700, and 1851 sockets, along with AMD AM4 and AM5, making the NX400 suitable for a broad range of existing and new systems. For builders who want something substantially larger, the MONTECH NX600 steps up to a dual-tower heatsink design. Six heat pipes connect to a flat copper base and distribute CPU heat across both fin stacks, increasing the available surface area compared with the NX400.

The NX600 uses two E28 PWM fans instead of one, each operating from 800 to 2000 RPM. MONTECH rates the fans for up to 85.09 CFM of airflow and 3.35 mmH2O of static pressure, providing the airflow needed to move air through the much deeper dual-tower assembly. At 120 x 132.5 x 160mm and 1.44kg, the NX600 is considerably larger than the NX400, making it better suited to builds where maximum air-cooling capability is the priority and there is enough chassis clearance available.

Despite the larger dimensions, MONTECH maintains the same clean design language across the range. The NX600 uses a top cover to conceal the heat pipe ends and exposed fin stacks, while the black and white options make it easier to match the cooler to the rest of a build. Both NX600 variants support Intel LGA 115X, 1200, 1700, and 1851, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5. The shared platform support across the NX400 and NX600 means all four prizes cover a wide selection of modern processors.

With 12 winners this time around, this is one of our larger weekly hardware giveaways. Three readers will receive the NX400 Black, three will receive the NX400 White, three will receive the NX600 Black, and another three will receive the NX600 White. Each winner will receive one CPU cooler from the prize pool.
