Thermalright's new HR-10 2280 PRO Digital is out in the wild, with the active M.2 SSD cooler featuring an ARGB segment display for some real-time monitoring.

The company designed its new active M.2 SSD cooler for high-speed SSDs like Gen4 and Gen5 SSDs where read speeds can hit 14GB/sec+ where sustained use of the drive can heat things up rather quickly. Thermalright's new HR-10 2280 PRO Digital SSD cooler measures 51mm in height, with four 5mm copper heatpipes that are connected to an aluminum fin stack.
On the active cooling side of Thermalright's new HR-10 2280 PRO Digital we have a 3010-class high-speed fan that will spin at between 3500 RPM and a rather loud 6500 RPM, where it pushes air directly over the heatsink to keep your SSD as cool as it can under heavy loads.

Thermalright's new HR-10 2280 PRO Digital also comes with the company's EXTREME ODYSSEY II thermal pad, which is paired with a stainless steel base plate for improved heat transfer.
The ARGB display on the Thermalright HR-10 2280 PRO Digital is capable of displaying SSD temperatures, usage, sequential read speeds and sequential write speeds, all of which can be customized and monitored through Thermalright's in-house TRCC software.
The SSD cooler can fit onto standard 2280 M.2 NVMe SSDs, and it's compatible with most ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards, but if you've got a compact SFF system, you might want to check if you've got the space around your M.2 SSD slot before purchasing it.
The new Thermalright HR-10 2280 PRO Digital SSD cooler is available in China right now, and should make its way to other shores in the weeks to come.
